when the light runs from the day
will the darkness be too much?
will the darkness be too much?
She didn't move an inch.
As intimidating as the male may have been, there's just something about hearing his words that lit a fire within her. Sure, her own Mistress may have been his Fraccion in the past, and all of that may have very well happened before she even existed within this realm. In fact, it may have happened before she existed, period. But if someone were to offer her a purpose in life, instead of continuing her path as a mindless creature searching for reasons as to why she's even here, and looking for clues as to what she actually was, she'd definitely offer her allegiances to them. Kurisu was the first. And just to hear such a thing happening to her sweet little Mistress.. it was unbearable.
It was at that exact moment where he leapt into the air that a small idea surfaced, which she immediately acted upon. Quickly extending one of her middle fingers, she literally flipped him off while he was still in mid-air, but of course, she wouldn't be that stupid to taunt someone if she were to get crushed a mere second later. Though the gesture itself had actually been intended, since he couldn't stop bragging about what he did in the past, she was about to show him his immediate future - tasting her cero. And at the momentum his large, bulky frame would come crashing down onto the ground, there was still a chance for him to sonido himself away if he were to react quickly enough, but otherwise, who knows what kind of damage it might deal if it did end up affecting the man.
Hopefully a lot, but even she doubted it.
The one thing she does have going for her in this fight was her speed, or so she presumably thought. With the most powerful brute strength usually comes a weak spot that one could capitalize on, as evident during her training sessions with the recently promoted Sexta Espada. For the sake of her own safety, she hoped that were true, but she'd rather not take the chance and risk anything.
As soon as her cero was fired off, Trael sonido'ed herself away once again, this time toward the same spot the blonde juggernaut had been standing on, prior to his attempted onslaught. The most unpredictable part of her utilization of that ability would probably be her distance, since she herself had not fully grasped how far she was able to phase herself away to, nor had she fully grasped the control of where she might end up, so don't be surprised if she does end up face first against a wall, because that has happened before. Multiple times, to be exact.
