What was that sound?

A dull scrape. It permeated the air with its repetitious sounding. It rang true with mundanity. Where did it originate? From the beige bristles of a broom. That's right, those bristles were being scraped across the floor in the hopes of collecting whatever spiritual dust was left to its own devices all over the floor. 

"It's dry enough around here. I ain't lettin' no dust accumulate while I'm around." The individual wielding the broom spoke in a mutter. He was seriously about his cleaning; but, who was it? 

Well, they were wearing shinigami attire. They were also quite short and blue with tentacles on their head - oh, wait. It was Yebisu! He was missing his captain garb, though. Oh well, hardly was such a thing required to do some sweeping. 

Why was he sweeping? It was a good question, but as he had already said to himself, he found it too dry. Something that highlighted dryness was dust? What might make a scene look dry and uncomfortable more so than dust being everywhere would? 

They really needed a pool. 

Now that was an idea. Yebisu was seriously considering making that suggestion - well, really, it might have been up to him. "Could I put a pool in here?" he questioned. His words were, of course, directed towards nobody in particular. In actuality, they were directed towards himself. His sweeping had come to a halt as he stared up at the ceiling in thought.
