Ville is a tall woman with a femine build: Hourglass figure, toned thighs. Her striking feature is her silver hair. A stark contrast to her mocha skin, the strands of mercury reach down toward her rear. Usually kept in the fashion of a braid, she uses various pieces of clothing to keep her silver might contained, one side of her face framed by a bang.
True to her position as a knight, she believes in traditional clothes. She favours the uniform style. Her usual outfit consists of a short skirt and a vest-like torso piece that extends behind her legs in the fashion of a coat. It is sleeveless.
Upon formal occassions, she will rely on additional layers of clothes, such as full coats or cloaks.
Usually she'll cover her arms in gloves, wearing thin, back overgloves over her Sanrei. She's carried and lifted by thigh-high boots, the diamond heels able to scratch any walkway surface and face alike should she kick out.
The buttons of her uniform are neatly polished. Like a soldier should, she takes great care of her visual appearance, from the golden honour badges on her white collar, to the Quincy Cross worked into the fabric of her tie. Her usual set of expressions can be considered stiff, stubborn and unamused.
When in the field, she will openly display her weapons. A thin rapier on her left hip, an agile-looking pistol on her right. These choices are accompanied by a second pistol in a shoulder holster.
PERSONALITY
Brought up in the order to succeed, lead and be commanded, Ville is a being of cold arrogance. Her skills and abilities give her all the reason to be more than confident. She is not one to boast or loudly proclaim her strength. She thinks such acts savage. If challenged, however, she will methodically cut down opposition. The talk of honour many Quincy praise themselves with is not quite her own. She's too cynical and a realist to consider the concept any more than hollow.
Being a member of the executive, Ville is a doer; commander of troops in the field and seeker of opponents on the field of battle. She doesn't question her orders if they come from the Holy Council of Richters. To every person there is a subjective view, however. Brought up in a military environment made her believe that simply vegetating in peace is a waste of the order's excellent skills.
Richters rule supreme over knights and soldiers, and if not seduced to do otherwise, she would not oppose the order of a Richter, which is not to say that she won't speak her opinion.
There is probably no one she hates. But at the same time, there is no one she loves. She will discard friend and foe alike if it is for the greater good.

HISTORY
Ville is a pureblood, but she does not hail from a background as handsome and untouched as that of a pureblood family or clan. Her parents dead, she was adopted into a warrior organization at the command of the Holy Council before she could smile her first smile.
When the Vatican was founded, they set up within themselves an order of Holy Knights. For centuries, spiritually able children have been brought into the order and were educated to become knights, military elite for the Heilige Richter.
The order recruits both Gemischt and Echt Quincy, although Gemischt tend to be soldiers instead of knights.
The order contains ritter [knights] and soldaten [soldiers] of various kinds. The rule is strict and theocratical. Authority and absolute loyalty is something that the instructors expect of the knights-to-be. Insubordination is not tolerated.
The order of knights is split into several chapters, also known as Apostel. Each Apostel is given a different task and purpose, and is led by a grandmaster, also called Ritter-Kommandant [Knight Commander]. During the order's history, it has been led by supreme grandmasters or ruling combinations made out of different grandmasters who commanded together. Each grandmaster is bound to obey the words of a Holy Richter, however. The Knights of the Star Cross are the ultimate military weapon for the Holy Council, bount to and ruled by it.
Ville's skills have allowed her to see action in different kinds of battle fields. Whether it be the protection of a Richter in the real world, or the extermination of a Hollow. At times, Ville has traveled to Soul Society to serve as ambassador or messenger, communication being an important asset, considering Seireitei and the Holy Council are connected by a treaty, alas, some Quincy might not believe in it.
Her base of operation is the Vatican, though the order keeps training facilities all over the world. She can be dispatched to every spot of the world within hours, the tip of the Holy Council's spear. Hardly is the the only knight that serves them, considering there are multiple Apostel and each is lead by a skilled commander.
