The Advent of Satan

When unsealed Yamata no Orochi (八岐の大蛇, literally "8-branched giant snake) is a normal katana. It has a curved, gold Tsuba almost appearing like a snake. The hilt has green cloth with purple diamonds lining down to the black pommel.

Yamata no Orochi, much like the legend and it's name, takes the form of a large bestial snake with eight heads and eight tails. His scales are large and pronounced, looking like large blades. His eyes have black streaks going down the side and large fangs that drip venom. When he talks all eight of the voices come together in unison, speaking as one. Her inner world is represented as the ruins of an old castle, where he sits on the ruins and she enters from a walkway emerging from the forest.

Sansei Shūshū (酸性収集, Acidic Collection) - The first of her Shikai abilities, and the basis for all techniques afterward. The green glow will come back to her sword once every post, becoming very prominent on the fourth. Each turn that the blade gets to glow, Yamata no Orochi is pumping venom into the blade. When used in melee it can cut through hierro and steel easily and at any time since the venom is constantly being pumped into it. For the other techniques, however, the each use a 'charge'. One charge is gained for every post the blade accumulates venom.

Hebi no Kiba (蛇の牙, Fangs of the Serpent) - This technique is a rather simple and straightforward one. By accumulating one 'charge' of venom she is able to slash into the air and send off an arc of energy that will dissipate anything it comes in contact with. Alternatively, however, she can add additional charges into the swing in order to supplement the damage.

Sanmizutamari (酸インターネット, Acid Pool) - The third, technique of her arsenal, and more of an odd technique. Utilizing three 'charges' she will plunge the sword into the ground and the venom will bleed out and fill the ground beneath her and her opponent in an area of thirty yards. She is immune to the effects of the technique, but anyone who steps on it, falls on it, etc. will have the acid burn through them and they're clothing. The technique fades away after five posts, or as soon as she uses her final technique.

San Mukui (酸報い, Acid Retribution) - Her final and deadliest technique. This technique uses up all charges she has, and needs a minimum of three. Alternatively she can suck up the venom used from Sanmizutamari and redirect it with this technique. After she collects all the venom into the blade it collects at the blade. For five posts the venom concentration will be at an all time high, sinking through clothes and skin like butter but with all of the pain of the venom. On the fifth turn her Shikai will stop pumping out acid for a turn, before it begins again on the turn after.
