Phoebe LaFragola was a woman who, ninety-none percent of the time, took every order that His Majesty gave her. There were no if, and's, or but's because his word was the final word. And she respected and adhered to that, always doing exactly what he wanted. However, there were times when she had personal missions that she had to accomplish on her own downtime, when he also had no missions for her. Today was one of those days. The young Quincy flew through the air at speeds that were astonishing for someone of her age and race. And, yet, if anyone stopped to realize they'd notice it was because she wasn't thinking about her steps. No, her Hirenkyaku was coming naturally because something else had dominated her attention.
There was a young Quincy in the city, one who she had never met before. When she brushed the spiritual pressure of those who surrounded her she usually found very weak humans, very few spiritually aware humans, her fellow Stern Ritter, and once in awhile a fool from the council. Today, however, was a very special day. She had found another Quincy pressure, one that she didn't recognize. That could mean she was with the council, and needed to be eliminated, or she was someone who had not yet been swayed. In either case, she had to go find out regardless of the results of the encounter.
Honing in on a park, she deftly dropped to an entrance no one had yet used and let her feet touch the ground, softly. It was a beautiful day, overall, with the sun out and very few clouds out. The heat felt nice on her skin and, every so often, there was a cool breeze that swept through the area. She smiled, privately, enjoying that her hunt took her somewhere nice and peaceful. Even if the other Quincy didn't stick out, which she wasn't and Phoebe had to search the area of spiritual pressure again, Phoebe did stick out like a sore thumb and she figured that the Quincy would approach her if not the vice versa.
"Come out, come out wherever you are..." she muttered to herself, deep in thought.
