Phoebe's Domain; Redux I

IMMENSE SPIRITUAL POWER | Phoebe has been a warrior since she was but sixteen years old. She has been honing her skills immensely and she has fought battles that would be impossible to win. She has an indomitable spirit and has been blessed by His Majesty on top of everything. Her spiritual power has grown and been tempered and with it came her promotion as Supreme Commander of the Jagdarmee. She is not someone to take lightly and, in a war, whoever's side she is on will definitely have an advantage. However those against her would be well advised to be extremely wary.

PERFECTED WEAPONS USER | Phoebe is absolutely amazing when it comes to weaponry. From guns, to bows, to knives, swords, if there is a weapon then she knows how to use it and can be a deadly force with it. Even something as mundane as a tree branch transforms itself into a blunt object in her hands, able to dent the strongest of defenses. To say that she is a Master is an insult to her and the art. She has transcended the art of weapons and is more goddess-like than anything, with them.

AGILITY MASTER | The art of a stepping technique was not lost on Phoebe during her studies and training. Quick and deadly was her motto and so she mastered Hirenkyaku as best as she could. Manipulating the reishi beneath her feet is a simple thing for her now, improving her to the point where she could create a platform of reishi to support her and two other people. She can keep up with the best in battle and even out of it, simply running.

MASTERED REIATSU CONTROL | This was the second area that Phoebe had begun to work on and, thus, is one of her stronger area. Her skill in sensing, hiding, and using her spiritual energy is just simply superb. She can hide her reiatsu even during battle, as well as being able to sense energies from around a mile away. It also explains her large skill with Gintō and the other techniques she created on her own, as well as her ability to maintain her spiritual weapon for a prolonged amount of time.

EXPERT PERCEPTION | Due to her extensive studies, she has become a strategist of her own rights. Though she rarely gets combat opportunities, when she does get into battle she can usually implement her strategies almost flawlessly and calculate just what her enemy might do next. She has some work to do in the area, but she's still better than most.

HAND-TO-HAND PRACTITIONER | This is Phoebe's worst field and one that she very rarely relies on. Because of her skill in the other areas she never felt a real need to truly and deeply learn the art. She relies on long-to-mid range combat when in a battle. And so she developed her skills enough so that she wouldn't die, in theory, and then left it at that.

SPIRIT WEAPON

Spirit Weapon Name: Terra Clamare (大地の叫び, テラ・クラマーレ, Cry of the Earth)

Spirit Weapon Form: When she channels reishi through her Quincy Cross, her energy takes the form of a small, silver pistol with a light blue tint. When the gun is fired it releases small, marble sized compacted reishi bullets that pierce harder than a regular bullet. She can fire these bullets in rapid succession, much like arrows from a normal bow, and when shot from the muzzle flash is remnant of the Quincy pentacle.

Auslöschen (Obliteration) - By charging the energy into the barrel of the gun she is able to fire a beam of reishi, much like the Shinigami spell Hiryū Gekizoku Shinten Raihō. She can't use the beam in succession and it takes a three post cooldown before she can use it again.

QUINCY ABILITIES

The Penitence - The ability granted to her by His Majesty. When she uses this technique she takes the sins of her opponent and uses them against them in order to ravage them with mental images, and pain based on what they should feel. If they murdered people she fills their head with images of death and makes them feel immense guilt. The worse their sin, the worse she makes them feel & the worse the images come to them.

Ransōtengai (Heavenly Wild Puppet Suit) - Ransōtengai is a technique that connects reishi strings all over the body that forcibly moves them. Originally made so that elder Quincy could continue fighting no matter how old, but can simply be used when the body is immobile, bones are broken, etc. She can only keep this technique running for a total of five turns before she has to release it.

Blut (Blood) - Blut is a Quincy technique that works by running reishi directly into their veins and increases their attack and defense power. However, the tracks for the attack and defense Blut runs on different tracks and only one can be used at a time. Echt Quincy can use it naturally, but Gemischt need to train & learn it.

• Blut Vene - This form of the Blut grants the Quincy inhuman durability and, when attacked, a faint trace of veins will appear lining the skin of the Quincy. If consciously kept active it can even defend against some Bankai. However, it can be torn using sufficient effort and power. Also, Blut Vene can stop a bleeding wound.
• Blut Arterie - This grants the Quincy inhuman strength and is the only way to ensure that hits land on a Shinigami using Bankai.

Church Hymns: - Like the Shinigami and the Kido, Phoebe has developed other ways, aside from the Gintō, to manipulate reishi. By chanting the incantation and manipulating their reishi they can create these spells of sorts to create an assortment of effects.

• Kirchenlied: Sankt Zwinger (Church Hymn: Saint Ward) - "Let my ancestors and sacred warriors protect me and destroy those who oppose me - Kirchenlied: Sankt Zwinger!" By invoking this technique, several roman numerals will fly off from the fingers of the caster and then allow several quincy cross-like constructs to surround them in an area of around twenty feet around. Anyone who steps into the "light of god" will be struck down by several constructs, almost like Gochutekkan, except deadlier.

QUINCY EQUIPMENT

Quincy Cross - The basis for all Quincy powers and the starting point for each of them. Can come in various different forms and sizes, but can be distinguished by someone who knows what they are looking for. Typically on a chain, can be wrapped around the Quincy's wrist or any method. Phoebe's is rather ornate with five large arrow like protrusions sticking out, and five smaller spikes sticking out and inward as well. The cross is used as a gathering point of reishi to create a weapon. For most Quincy it takes the form of a bow that fires reishi arrows, though the form can change to anything upon the users discretion. Hers takes the form of a pistol and her whole cross is named Terra Clamare.

Gintō (Silver Tubes) - Also known as Silver Tubes, these are small silver capsules filled with Quincy Reiryoku condensed into liquid. Upon releasing the liquid the user can call out an incantation, or simply the name of the technique, and the resulting spell is formed. Phoebe carries around seven of them at one time, within her trench coat.

• Gritz - "A silver rod strikes the five-fingered stone bed." Upon using this technique and throwing one Gintō tube close to an enemy a large man sized pentagonal cross will surround the enemy and encase them in a prison of sorts. Easily broken out of with reiatsu and reishi, just not physical attacks.
• Heizen - "Feel the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice." Upon using this technique in correspondence to four tossed Gintō tubes, a larger rectangle of energy that purges and devours anything in its path.

Seele Schneider (Soul Cutter) - The Seele Schneider is a chainsaw-like bladed weapon for the Quincy to use. Though useful as a blade, the Seele Schneider also weaken the reishi bonds of whatever it cuts and then absorbs it. In truth the Seele Schneider is more so an arrow than a sword, though it is versatile. When using it on a weaker opponent it turns their reishi into the Quincy's. Phoebe carries around a single Seele Schneider with her, in her left boot.

• Gert Sprenger - This technique is a small scale version of Sprenger, and revolves around almost the same principles. Using a single Seele Schneider the user must cut the enemy at least three times, in order to open up the reishi flow more clearly. From there they must simply fire, or toss, much like a javelin, the Seele Schneider at the enemy. It will stop mid-air in front of them and form a square barrier around them. This barrier is highly condensed reishi and with a single Gintō tube thrown at it, the barrier implodes.

QUINCY: VOLLSTÄNDIG

Vollständig Name - Ioftiel (aye-off-t-iel, lit. Beauty of God)
Vollständig Appearance - When she initiates her Vollständig, like all other Quincy, she is surrounded by an immense pillar of light headed by a Quincy Cross. When the cross dissipates she has a halo over her hat, fashioned much like her Quincy Cross. She has a gun holster across her chest where she manifests her pistol. Her wings are a white with a blue hue, as is the rest of her garments and are very edge like with several orbs trailing beneath it.

Enhanced 'The Penitence' - The orbs that trail behind Phoebe are very special. She can shoot these bombs and they erupt in a five meter area. However, when they erupt nothing happens to them physically. If even an inch of the explosion hits them they are hit with her ability, The Penitence. But on top of that, if they face any guilt over something they have done the guilt becomes magnified and consumes them completely.
