ABILITIES:
MODERATE SPIRITUAL POWER - For a human recently turned spiritual, Kite has some amazingly high spiritual power, probably thanks to his background of always training and developing his skills in combat. His spiritual energy is great enough to be able to at least summon hollows with how large his spiritual power is as he can't control it very well, yet and is trying to master it to no avail.
EXPERT PERCEPTION - He has a great eye for detail naturally as he is curious about his surroundings and applies it to both life and combat situations to judge an opponents own abilities in battle. He takes to using his surroundings to his advantage as well and tries to understand the strengths and weaknesses of his opponents in question. He has great focus, and although he doesn't have as much experience as Shinigami and the like, has a great knack of interest in understanding an opponents fighting abilities. He is capable of understanding his surroundings allowing him to be able to register "peculiar" things to his five senses easier and is quite sensitive to danger. Due to his ability he can also see things much faster than your average human.
NOVICE SPIRITUAL CONTROL - Although he can control the physical aspect of his abilities as a fighter, his spiritual power is constantly leaking out thus he is incapable of controlling his spiritual power thanks to having no training. Again, he has been trying to master controlling his strength and abilities as a more powerful combatant but he hasn't gained the advantage of using it spiritually disallowing him to fight at his greatest potential. This also makes him more susceptible to Hollow attacks, so he is trying to learn to master his own spiritual wavelength in order to avoid needless conflicts in combat but it's much harder without someone to help him master it. Due to his ability, though he can master control of this to center his strength and control it more "thoroughly" he can't use it in battle or towards special skills. With it at a "Novice" Level, he can barely contain his own strength.
HAND-TO-HAND MASTER - A powerful martial arts practitioner with years of experience in both application and theory, he is considered a master at his craft being able to defeat his own master in battle with his skill at martial arts at the ripe age of thirteen years old with hard-work and practice. At first he practiced hapkido, but after going into "black belt" status, he started to spar with other dojos around the city to test the limits of his skills and always came out on top of these exchanges. After his "known" family had died, he had decided to take his pain out on a multitude of gangs of which he was given the nickname "Gang Killer" Kite, where even exchanges with weapons and guns didn't phase him as he learned how to disarm weapon users in battle. He is also capable of natural skills of parkour using it as training for himself in battle and figuring out a way to get to his school at decent times also using it to escape from hollow attacks. His application of martial arts is using his turning force, footwork and center of gravity to unleash attacks for maximum damage, though due to experiences with boxing, chinese kung-fu (soft and hard), taekwon-do and judo; he can mix it up when he needs to. Needless to say, he is a master at kicking ass.
WEAPON PRACTITIONER - Hapkido teaches a few arts and weapons forms, though he isn't one to use weapons in combat he had to at least understand the basics of said forms of swords, staffs, tonfas, and spears in order to pass to his black belt level. He also understands how to disarm weapons which he utilizes much more in combat than actually using weapons in battle allowing him to take on armed foes with greater ease in how he influences the battles.
EXPERT AGILITY - He is a natural at parkour skills, and uses said parkour skills to get from one place to another in "record" time while moving on foot. Though he rarely used such "showiness" in battle because of how serious he is, he's capable of a great deal of athletic feats that most people can't perform normally. He has great balance and movement capabilities with utilizing footwork and control of himself. Due to his unlocking of powers, he much more capable than your normal human, and is capable of leaping tall heights and doing Olympic level movements on a dime thanks to his bodies limiters being pressed upward.
POWER(S):
Bushin (ぶしん "Warrior God") - The ability to garner powers to their utmost limits by way of a special phenomenon that has made his body capable of increasing its physical abilities (strength, speed, endurance, etc...) to a limit that is much greater than a normal human. With this he gains the ability to become stronger by way of battle and training, progressively becoming stronger the harsher the combat is meaning that every time he faces a more powerful opponent his abilities steadily increase overtime, expanding to make his body stronger. The way it works is that the metaphysical energy of spiritual power begins to circulate through his body making him capable of evolving by way of fighting, and also bolstering his bodies senses as well. By unlocking this power, his body "evolved" to become supernatural thus making him capable of surpassing all normal human limits effectively making him superhuman.
His body has also slowed his process of aging to a great degree allowing him to be able to "stay strong" for much longer than a human (he only ages every 8 years now), he also gains more tolerance in his immune system for poisons and diseases so much that he can't get sick by human world diseases, he can however be affected by poisons and diseases from various zanpaktou and special concotions from the Shinigami Research and Development Institute which are often "special" in nature. He can also never grow fat from eating, as his body always stays in shape keeping him at peak condition. This ability also garners the power to heal much quicker than your average person, shallow cuts and bruises only take seconds to heal, broken bones and deep cuts only take a day or so, etc...
Their are a great number of weaknesses to this ability as well, for one the ability to utilize spiritual power and release said energy can't be performed. Due to the special nature of his power he cannot condense said energy into force or use it to strengthen himself which means he is incapable of using "techniques" of said nature in battle, he does need to master said powers of control so that he can effectively control his own physical abilities in combat and not "overshoot" himself for example leaping too high, or dashing so hard that he breaks the ground with the substantial force he smashes into the ground, so the higher his control is the more he can control his own power giving him the ability to fight more effectively as a result. His stamina reserves have also grown which means that the amount of food he needs to eat in order to use his "full strength" has effectively "tripled" thus he must consume much greater amounts of food in order to use his body otherwise he could "dry-out" and be incapable of fighting effectively due to hunger.
Toward's battles his body isn't invincible but he has the ability to take much more punishment then the average human relative to his strength; explosives, cold, heat, force, suffocation, and etc... still affect his body and though he is more durable to blades he'd still rather dodge them because "it feels weird". His ability also only allows him to go against the "strong" in relation to his power level, thus he must train or fight against stronger opponents if he himself wishes to be stronger though he can still learn techniques and abilities from the "weak". His healing though "accelerated" isn't instant acceleration by any means; he cannot regrow limbs or body parts in battle making it a "weak" form of regenerative acceleration also meaning fatal wounds don't heal themselves quickly enough to not be problematic for him (he also can't live without a heart or brain). He also isn't capable of ranged combat thanks to not having the ability to use reiatsu techniques and no abilities. He also cannot become a "Vast" Spiritual Power-user and can only grow to "Immense".
