Vaaen Vorenz towers above the average male, standing approximately three inches above six feet, wearing one hundred and eighty-six pounds well with a muscular and bulky physique. In accentuation to this physically intimidating exterior, the monstrous spirit bears a lightning bolt-shaped scar scaling down his right eye. Meshing cleanly with his light-blue eyes, the Espada's hair possesses a distinct yellow coloring and is kept at a short length, styled in a slicked and spiky fashion, with a noticeable collective of strands resting upon his forehead.
Attending to attire, the wrathful individual typically decorates his frame with a comfortable black coat customized with gray fur over a fitting purple button-up with his collar up. Without a real effort into trends, he simply tops the outfit off with black pants and brown workforce boots. To cherry the cake, the blonde hollow has a tattoo exploring the length of his left deltoid to his left pectoral that connects onto his Espada denotation right before his abdomen, leaving his hollow hole to reside in the midst of his abdomen.

personality
The Quinta Espada represents his respective aspect; wrath, quite well. In correlation to both his mental and physical attributes, Vaaen operates as an unstoppable force of nature ready to eradicate anything in his path. While his perpetual disposition resonates of a confident and easing lethargy, a simple glimpse into the man’s pupils would expose the individual for what he really is. Vaaen Vorenz is nothing more than a devilish construct genetically imbued of sin. At heart, he’s monstrosity filled to the brim with arrogance, aggression, and sadism. In fact, his very existence has little purpose other than manifesting utter destruction upon whatever lies en route.
His exertions of wrath, however, are not without meaning to him. Vaaen has an undying faith in the philosophy of conflict: the belief that conflict promotes growth, in himself and in the very realms that his wrath navigates. His spiritual expansions allow him to garner strength, and further his ability to understand and fathom the world around him. He believes that El Renacimiento, and more prominently Godking Krakken serves as the catalyst to manifest his wrath, to unleash himself. Aside from the previous, the fifth Espada remains loyal first and foremost only to his philosophy; his purpose and himself, and is rebellious by nature. Tying the aforementioned philosophy, peace is seen as a plague, and the existing peace between El Renacimiento and the Gotei 13 is a most insulting notion that he actively plans to disrupt.
Despite being a reckless embodiment of unwarranted anger, the evolved hollow is by no means without a code of honor. As a man, his given words are nothing less than law, be they or malicious intent or the antithesis. Lacing his pride into his thin moral code, he sees no point in fighting unarmed individuals on a one-on-one premise. It’s preferable to him that his limits be pushed to their extent, a testament to his intrinsically dauntless essence. Nonetheless, there is no semblance of benevolence lying in his heart other than his word; he’d destroy a city full with innocents in order to wake himself up.
Despite rage making up a majority of his genetic coding, Vaaen is quite known for his humorous and sarcastic tongue, especially within combat. There is a certain enjoyment secured by taunting and teasing both allies and opponents alike that can’t be filled by other means. Through further illustration, anger vents through combat and violent actions, and will almost never influence his tongues or cognitive capabilities. And by conlcusion, El Renacimiento’s Fifth Espada is a brute at heart, but by no means is he a primitive. While he’s not a genius by any conventional definition, he is an extremely self-actualized individual with multi-dimensional depth and potent intuition that contradicts his external presentation.

history
Vaaen Merci Vorenz di Veròna came into consciousness near the end of 12th century, and during the modest Renaissance of the century. Yet unfortunately, the Espada-to-be was never given the opportunity to sink his teeth into the delicious philosophical and artistic fruits of his time, and instead, was forced to delve into the spoiled meats that war and destruction had to offer. His mother, Violetta S’Forza passed away during childbirth, wastefully laying faith into the option that her son not soak into strife and hostility like her husband and his pillaging collective. Without a mother to guide him down a more peaceful path, the father of the child, Antonio Vorenz, instilled sadism and ruthless into the boy from birth to adulthood.
Growing up, the Vorenz child possessed the imprint of ‘destruction’, absorbing every molecule of hatred they tempered within their beings, and learned to focus his aggression onto the world and any unfortunate soul who stepped into his vision. And like those around him, he didn’t grow to like or deal with his situation; it was intrinsic to his very being that made conflict a way of life, and an enjoyable purpose, for that matter. He grew, and grew, impressed the Italian ruffians encompassing his reality, and matured into a vicious young man capable of slaughtering a town of innocents for the sake of thirst, an insatiable thirst to would persist through death.
Nearing the age of twenty, the young delinquent’s ambition began to consume his very being until he was forced to ventilate his rage onto his Antonio Vorenz himself, and his two most trusted subordinates. From that point on, the young man utilized the strengths his father imparted onto him, and assumed control of the collective in order to awaken them to broader horizons. Through Vaaen’s leadership, the gang of pillagers evolved from being simple road thieves and murders, to a small army that endangered Rome’s safety.
Throughout the subsequent five years, the small army garnered more and more infamy and strength and even gathered the attention of King Charlemagne, for all intents and purposes, became their highest priority target. With a lack of proper planning, Vaaen Vorenz launched an all-out assault on Rome to test the limits of his gang’s strength. While Charlemagne was their top target, the blonde man was intelligent enough to calculate the extremely low odds of victory. Yet the loyalty he inspired, or rather demanded, was powerful enough to plunge through any doubt his followers may have had in their mind. And sadly, after a strong war against Rome’s gates, the collective finally ended a mess of corpses that in the end failed to even draw out the King’s lieutenants. Vaaen and all of his companions were slaughtered and wiped from history.
And yet, as the commander of the small army fell, his rage sustained beyond immeasurable means, and gave birth to a demonic plus. To the vagabond soul, this was nothing less than hell. For the first time in his entire existence, there was no method of expressing his wrath. He wandered in pure and utter agony, and the soul’s chain of fate fully dissolved within mere days and allowed a vicious creature overstocked with aggression! Instantaneously, instinct overcame the plagued beast and for an uncountable amount of years, anything that ventured into the beast’s path became a meal to further the cause; they became the outlet for his undying wrath. Shinigami, Humans, Quincy, fellow Hollow—any and all were applicable to feast upon.
Such a lifestyle continued for a lifetime until the fury-infested creature evolved into a Gillian-Class Menos, and attained a multitude of more techniques in which he was capable of exposing true destruction. The hollow became a menace to any spiritual society to note, and continued the natural process until he eventually matured into an Adjuchas. Through the norm, Vaaen's ability eventually peaked, at which he continued to defeat a Vasto Lorde and devoured them, ascending to their stature. Ultimately, the Vasto Lorde bloomed into an Arrancar via extraction of the mask.
Throughout the full lifetime of years, the Arrancar would explore the realm of his species, and expose any and all creatures he came across to true annhilation. He would make Hueco Mundo his realm. That is, until he encountered Luucio Krakken, and was foolish enough to attack him on sight. For the first time in his life, he was defeated, and humbled with amnesty. Seeing use in the Arrancar, Luucio extended an irrefutable offer, to become his Quinta Espada and Wrath. From that point onward, his existence was forever changed, and he was given true means to defining “wrath” for all living beings.
