NAME: Vadim NazarovAGE: 99RACE: Arrancar ; Adjuchas-ClassGENDER: MaleAFFILIATION: El RenacimientoDIFFICULTY: HardAPPEARANCE: Vadim is a man whose attractiveness is supernatural. His hair is natural deep marine, vibrant enough to be seen clearly in the darkness of night. During the day it appears as a sea of shining blue, generally tied back into a ponytail that’s allowed to fall however it will. Vadim’s eyes are two crimson gates that hold back the beastial instincts of a man whose life was made on the desolate dunes of Hueco Mundo. Only Raisa, his sister, is spared the bestial gaze that Vadim gives those he meets. Many had commented that its as if a predator is sizing them up and preparing for the kill. They are right.Standing at six feet and one inch, Vadim is tall, though he doesn’t hit the unnatural height that some of his kin do. As with most arrancar, his body is muscular and athletic, one born for battle. Little bodyfat finds purchase here, and pale moonlight-kissed skin is stretched over a wiry body that contains more strength than any olympian. A hole sits right where his heart is, and a thin strip of mask sits behind Vadim’s left ear.Other than the espada, the majority of arrancar are allowed to wear what they will. Vadim wears white hakama, black boots, and a sash that matches his hair. Generally a black tank top is worn as well--he’s find of showing off his arms, especially to his sister. Vadim also wears black bracers, though when compared to his hierro they are simply for show.PERSONALITY: One does not become a hollow without having a few flaws in their personality. Vadim is an angry, boisterous man whose heart belongs only to his sister. Any other living being, or dead for that matter, is nothing to him. He sees them as pawns to be used and manipulated in order to achieve what he wants or what Raisa wants, and anyone who gets in the way is considered an enemy. If it wasn’t for the liberal laws in Las Noches allowing him to kill those who he perceives as a threat, he’d be considered one of the world’s worst serial killers. Life and death hold no meaning to Vadim beyond the obvious, and he feels no compassion, empathy, or anything positive for most souls. When it comes to Raisa, Vadim is a completely different person. She is his world, just as he is hers. No woman holds his eye that’s not her; no philosopher is more wise to him than her; and no treasure is more precious than her life. If he had to move mountains to please her, Vadim would in a heartbeat. If he had to rebel against the Godking to satisfy her, he’d start a civil war unlike any other. The two, to him, are one and the same; they are forever bound, to the point where if she were to ever die, Vadim would kill himself to join her in death. After avenging her, of course.Vadim is a curious man, however. He likes seeing things in the world, as he thinks new sights will impress Raisa. Thus, he’s always taking them off on some random adventure into some random realm, leading the charge with bravado and what he thinks is courage. Sadly, his sense of direction is horrible. If he was in an inn and told to find a table, he’d get lost. He always blows this off, however, and just acts like it’s all as planned.HISTORY: Vadim was born a boy nearly a century ago to a man and a woman he does not care to remember. Back then, his baby sister, still so young and innocent, was the only thing he cared for. They lived together, worked together, pained together--and when they both died, Vadim ate his sister’s soul that they would never separate. That was a century ago, and a lot can happen in a hundred years. Despite being devoured, Raisa’s personality never faded away--it was always there, talking with Vadim, loving Vadim, cheering Vadim. Eventually, swept up in a battle he had no reason to be a part of, his mask was destroyed, and what was born was not one arrancar but two.Vadim and Raisa Nazarov, souls born from the same body, began their lives in the Godking’s city. They were his vassals, as was everyone, and their lives began again.
