Today was a special day! Well, for X666-333 that is. They'd been preparing for this day for awhile, ensuring that everything they'd done previously was to the highest quality, befitting the prestigious division which kept her prisoner. Today, she would summon the Captain Commander for a personal meeting. She wished to discuss her future, as well as her performance thus far. Only then could she get closer to old veteran. For the occasion she made sure to dress in her shihakusho, rather than her usual prisoner garb. The cell itself was as pristine as a prisoner could make it, a chair and table lined up perfectly for the Captain Commander to sit and face her. All that was left, was for the Captain Commander to grace her with her presence.
Mentally, she couldn't help but wonder if she was going too far with this. Was she trying to suck up? Is this what others do in order to earn a position of power? Pathetic, that wasn't her style and she'd like to think such would be seen through if she attempted such. Then what of a good presentation? Wasn't that not part of the way these gods did things? Wearing your uniform to show pride for the institution, honour about something or another, traditions and what not. There was a loud sigh, when it got right down to it. All she was really asking for was consideration. A chance to prove herself beyond the capacity of being a plaything for the Shinigami. Yes she'd do every task and job given to her promptly, without fail...but that...lacked any personal attribute to it. Simply a tool that was used as necessary, even a damn Zanpakuto was treated with better dignity than this.
Well yes, admittedly she'd broken the institutions laws...But what of rehabilitation? Was it not just to allow a prisoner to serve their dime and repent for their actions? Had she not done those things diligently thus far? Certainly they'd come to her but was this the extent in which she was deemed a threat? Just a barking dog on a leash? Truly pathetic, it disgraced what potential she had, thus she needed to show those honest intentions. That would be her focus but more importantly, she sought answers and perspective. Why did they bother to let her serve the Gotei 13? If she was only a prisoner within the eyes of Jukan Hinaai, then there was no reason to let her out of the Maggot's nest at all.
Yes with that bit of logic sorted out, her expression became it's usual apathetic glance. Her heart composed and ready to handle this next bit of treachery to her moral code. The end justified the means, that was the mantra she'd keep in mind as she spoke. Once her leader entered the room, she would bow before presenting herself closer to the iron bars. She wouldn't speak until allowed to do so.
