It was typical treatment, to be talked upon as if they were lesser members of such a pact. Any more words, and his sword might have swung, and bisected those alabaster walls; a demonstration of how serious the Godking was of such action. Instead, he spoke, "Do not speak as if we are unreasonable. What we do now is offer you courtesy. These walls still stand, do they not? If your 46 have such a problem with this, send them forth- as we have shown nothing but civility in this matter."
And then the Captain Commander appeared, alongside others to join her ranks. His eyes narrowed at the man that spoke of having prior knowledge of such events, and only further provided more evidence of transgressions. "A third culprit. Tell me captain," he began, eyes directed at Kariya. "Where was our notification? Where was the attempt at contact there? Did they not enter our boundaries without permission? Do not criticize our actions when you have no excuse for those in your own ranks."
The Captain Commander would terminate the bickering of her subordinates to start her own speech, and no matter where she stood in a hierarchy here, her sharp tongue was an attack enough. His hand clenched on the blade, and for a moment, he was ready to swing. "You lead with hypocrisy, Captain Commander. Do not stand in those shoes, in those robes, and speak as if we are being unreasonable. If this situation was reversed, you would demand nothing less," he spoke astutely just before she started her movement away.
Of course, without the Godking here, they acted far to proud and arrogant, as if they were in control. It was a smugness that he desperately wished to erase with his own sharpened weapon.
