RESURRECCION:
ZANPAKUTOU NAME: Viajero (lit. Traveller)
ZANPAKUTOU FORM: Viajero takes the form of an excessively large claymore, a skeletal design present on the guard, the huge blade of the Zanpakuto extending from the ribs of the skeleton. This Zanpakuto is incredibly dense, capable of bending and breaking other blades under its extreme weight, though it feels perfectly weighted in James's hands as manifestation of his Soul.
RELEASE PHRASE: "Explore, Viajero."
RESURRECCION FORM: Upon uttering the release phrase, "Explore Viajero," an explosion of raw Reiatsu will burst out from James's body, concealing him from sight as he takes on his new form. James's clothing fuses with his body, becoming a suit of flexible armour, gaining clawed hands and feet in the process. His face takes on an appearance that is similar to his Vasto Lorde form, similarly armoured like the rest of his body, his eyes glowing crimson with his Reiatsu.
His Zanpakuto is still present in this form, also transforming to match James's new form. The cross-guard on the hilt extends outwards and the skull awakens, opening both its eyes and its mouth, while the blade in its entirety darkens in colour. In accordance with the increase in physical strength granted by entering his resurreccion form, the weight of his Zanpakuto increases once more to ten metric tons, though James is still able to wield it handily.
RESURRECCION ABILITIES:
TERMINATOR: Terminator is the most physically powerful technique in James's arsenal, capable of irreparably rending anything in its path in twain. By applying his cosmic Reiatsu to his Zanpakuto, or a similar bladed weapon, James lines the edge of the blade with energy similar in appearance to heat haze, allowing him to 'remove' the space an object inhabits when his blade passes through it. This generates a tiny dimensional rift around his blade, granting him infinite cutting ability. When the edge of his blade makes contact with any surface the rift will separate the object at the point of incision, regardless of what it is composed of, allowing James to cut through any and all objects in existence with no resistance possible. This is activated immediately upon unleashing his resurreccion, if James so desires.
Terminator can also be launched as a ranged attack after being applied to his weapon, released upon swinging the blade, should James desire it. The arc of his swing determines the direction and angle of the cut, the length and of the beam equivalent to the diameter of an average Gran Rey Cero. The maximum range and speed of this technique is also equivalent to a Gran Rey Cero. Utilising Terminator in this manner, as implied, removes the physical effects upon the blade and the ability must be reapplied in order to be used once more.
HOLLOW TECHNIQUES:
CERO: James’s Ceros aren’t particularly special, bearing very little deviation from the standard Cero employed by almost every Hollow or Hollow-offshoot in existence. His Cero takes on the hue of his crimson Reiatsu, which makes it only slightly darker than the stereotypically red average. As a Vasto Lorde, James possesses greater mastery over this technique than others, allowing his Cero to disintegrate most obstacles in its path, though there are others with far greater Cero than his own.
COSMIC STRING: Cosmic String is a variation of Cero, sacrificing its wide blast radius for increased power, range and speed, requiring the same amount of energy to fire it. By condensing the wide, conical, spread of Cero to an infinitesimally thin laser beam, the destructive power is focused onto a single point, capable of burning through anything in its path. In addition, the speed of this technique, in both execution and travelling speed, is equivalent to a bala, while the range is roughly four times the range of the average cero. Due to its nature as a beam, James can continuously channel Reiatsu to maintain the technique, allowing him to fire this laser for as long as he wishes. He is capable of firing eight of these beams simultaneously, one from each finger.
BALA: James’s Bala, much like his Cero, is unremarkable, its defining feature being the slightly darker hue of the crimson Reiatsu that it is composed of. As a result of being composed of this Reiatsu, James’s Bala are twice as fast as the average Bala. He is capable of firing hundreds of these small bullets if he so desires, each capable of putting a sizeable hole in anything without adequate defences.
NEGACION: James’s affinity for techniques that focus on dimensional manipulation has allowed him to use the trademark ability of the Menos Grande, Negacion. This technique summons a large, cylindrical, barrier that separates whatever is caught within its boundaries to be separated from the dimension it originally resided in, usually to rescue comrades from dire situations. James is capable of performing this technique upon himself or others if the circumstance requires it.
HIERRO: James’s Hierro, due to his nature as a Vasto Lorde, is incredibly tough in comparison to a regular Arrancar’s skin. He is capable of being thrown through buildings without harm, catching bladed weaponry bare handed and other feats of superhuman durability. However, as James tends not to get hit in combat, his Hierro is not as durable as it could possibly be. While able to take a serious beating, he is not a juggernaut like many Arrancar of his power.
ENHANCED STRENGTH: Like the majority of Vasto Lorde-tier Arrancars before him, James exchanged his High-Speed Regeneration for immense physical power. While he may not look like a body builder, James possesses extraordinary physical strength, capable of tossing around buildings like toys and breaking bones like twigs. Only the most durable of defenses can stand against his powerful blows, the extreme density of his Zanpakuto combined with his raw physical power capable of snapping other blades beneath it with ease.
SPIRITUAL TECHNIQUES:
ALBEDO: James's affinity for manipulating dimensions has granted him greater control over the Hollow Technique 'Negacion.' James has created a more efficient variation the technique, enabling him to create 2 dimensional shapes in the same manner as creating the cylindrical shape of a Negacion. James has full control over the shape and size of his barrier, and it can be anywhere in a 10 meter radius of James. The cost is dependant on the dimensions of the barrier created, with a maximum surface area of 50 meters. Unless maintained with a steady flow of Reiatsu, this dimensional barrier will fade after one post.
PARALLAX: By tapping into his Reiatsu's unique properties, James is able to empower an object with the ability to transport infinitely within the dimension it currently inhabits. This allows James to transport objects over vast distances instantaneously. The size of the object is directly proportional to the energy expenditure required to transport the item, so smaller objects such as swords can be transported for a negligible cost, while larger constructs such as entire buildings would necessitate a larger consumption of his reserves.
This technique can be applied in a lesser format, transporting the item partially rather than in its whole state. In this instance, a small rift that fits the exact dimensions of the object's surface area generates on the object, allowing James to push and pull objects through this small dimensional abnormality. If this rift is closed when the object is partially through it, the object is separated where the rift existed on it, though the rift can be maintained for brief moments to allow James to transport and retrieve objects through it in rapid succession. This is typically used in conjunction with a weapon, allowing him to strike from extreme distances and multiple angles with a melee weapon.
The limitations on the techniques, in exchange for its power, are fairly substantial. Firstly, any object being transported with this ability must be in direct physical contact with James, the only exception to this drawback being that objects or entities forged of his own soul/Reiatsu are exempt (for example, his own Zanpakuto can be transported regardless.) Secondly, this technique has no affect on sentient beings (with the exception of Zanpakuto, Dolls and other similar objects.) Finally, James must be able to perceive the locations the areas he is transporting to a from, be it physically (eyesight) or spiritually (sensing.)
REDSHIFT: Redshift is a teleportation technique, allowing James to move between any two points within his range instantaneously without occupying the space in between, accomplished by applying the cosmic nature of his Reiatsu to his steps. The range of this technique is equivalent to the maximum range of his Sonido, and consumes the same amount of energy to accomplish this feat, effectively replacing Sonido with this technique. As this 'stepping technique' requires no physical cues or any actual 'stepping' to accomplish, this is not affected by items or abilities that affect the users ability to perform said techniques, nor is the destination capable of being tracked as there is no ‘path’ to predict.

EXPERT AGILITY: James's pride is his speed, and in that regard he is unmatched by any being in existence. Centuries of travelling the wastes of Hueco Mundo have pushed his stepping abilities beyond what most are capable of, and while his neglect of Sonido training has lead to a degradation of his practical skills, James still possesses intimate knowledge of the mechanics of the technique. His reflexes are average for a being of his spiritual power, given the weakening of his physical body after his slumber.
