According to the rumors surfacing about Claire, possess a tremendous about of Spiritual Power despite her rather young age. While known for her unwavering soul, which is displayed in way of a humongous archangel whenever she manifests her power. It is said that her reiatsu is so powerful that it causes an eerie chill to surface the proximity- some say that it is a very heavy presence.
REISHI MANIPULATION/REIATSU CONTROL: EXPERT
Claire can collect, control, absorb, and solidify spirit particles and spirit energy at will. This is the first expertise that she obtained mastery in, which is only a small testament of her prowess. She is skilled enough that she can create various weapons, barriers, and figures out of Reishi. Doing this allows her to be prepared in any situation. Many say fighting her is like taking on a one-woman army. Alternatively, her ability to control and utilize her own reiatsu rivals her ability to control Reishi, as she can completely mask her reiatsu so that it is undetectable if she wants.
WEAPON USE: MASTERED
Despite being capable of using a long range of weapons, Claire primarily uses a Spirit Weapon: Kingslayer, which is a reishi sword he forms with her Quincy Cross. Although, she is also proficient in the use of the Quincy Arrow.
HAND-TO-HAND COMBAT: MASTERED
As a combat specialist, Claire is talented in various forms of fighting and martial arts. She is very swift fighter, who uses speed and power based attacks in succession. Added into this, due to her talent control over reishi, she is able to enhance her strikes to a point she can punch and/or kick to the extent of breaking bones, or sending them flying away.
AGILITY: EXPERT
Claire is nimble and acrobatic. Even when moving at great speeds, she still maintains her grace and poise. The best thing about her (in terms of using her speed) is her ability to transition accurately with little worry. She is capable of moving in precisely timed increments, never wasting a single movement. Due to her stamina, she is capable of fighting for quite some time before tiring. She is also a capable user of the Hirenkyaku.
PERCEPTION: EXPERT
Being a combat specialist, Claire is capable of devising plans on a whim. She is good at finding ways to use her mind, soul, environment, and weapons together so that she can gain the upper hand in combat. She is also good at reading body language which allows her to predetermine possible moves that her adversaries might use against her--she can also use an ability akin to the aforementioned to determine how someone with spirit powers might use their skills.

SPIRIT WEAPON: KINGSLAYER
By simply holding or focusing on her Quincy Cross, Claire is capable of transforming it into a magnificent blue and golden sword. In essence, the Kingslayer is a straight sword that is very handy and maneuverable. Claire wields it effortlessly with either one hand or both hands. By collecting Reishi even after her Spirit weapon has formed, he can also form the spiritual arrows which shoot out like the typical of arrow of the other Quincy with bows. She can increase the length of the Kingslayer drastically, so that it reached up to five meters away. When used in a manner where Reishi is involves, the Kingslyer glows a golden hue.
SPIRIT NULLIFICATION
This is an ability Claire created and mastered a year ago, which allows her to nullify the effects of any Reishi or spirit particles being used against her. Essentially, in its most basic explanation, this ability allows her to use her Reishi to redirect the flow of any foreign spiritual energy so that her power can cancel out some abilities. The only stipulation of this ability is that, the amount of spirit energy required to nullify the abilities of other has to be equal to or more than the amount ushered against her.
SPIRIT BARRIER
In essence, this ability allows Claire to manifest Reishi to such a degree that she can create shields of varying proportions and strength. She normally only makes barriers big to accommodate herself, although she can make barriers that cover up to five meters. She has never wanted to or try to cover an area greater than five meters, and probably never will.
POWERS OF THE QUINCY
BLUT
By making Reishi flow directly into their blood vessels, users of this technique can drastically increase their attack and defense power to inhuman levels. However, despite the significant danger this potentially presents to one's opponents, Blut possesses one major flaw: because the independent forms of the technique for attack and defense operate using two different Reishi systems, they cannot be employed simultaneously. The acquisition of Blut depends on the blood of the Quincy. Being a pure-blooded Quincy Claire was able to obtain it naturally.
BLUTE VENE
The defensive form of Blut, which grants the user inhuman durability, is represented by a faint pattern tracing the veins beneath the surface of their skin, which is only visible on the afflicted area when struck. If consciously kept at full power, even attacks delivered by a Shinigami's Bankai can potentially be negated completely. However, despite the considerable defense afforded by this technique, it is seemingly not absolute, and can be torn using sufficient power. Additionally, Blut Vene can be used to aid the user against critical wounds which have already been inflicted by stopping the severe loss of blood which would result from said wound.

The offensive form of Blut which grants the user inhuman attack power. This technique is the only thing capable of ensuring a Quincy's attacks can significantly damage a Bankai-wielding Shinigami.

By allowing Reishi to flow around her body, Claire is able to transform her appearance during the duration of this techniques usage. Depending on her garb at the time, she can manifest an entirely new outfit, all complete with chest armor, leg armor, arm armor, and hand armor. This armor is strong enough to defend against even the strongest weapons(save for something such a Bankai or Bankai-leveled assault/weapon); in retrospect, it can also me used to break weapons.
