Sternritter L - "The Light": When activated, Kotone's projectile attacks take on a special property. At first, it appears her attacks become much stronger and move faster than a spiritually enhanced eye. However, this it wrong. It uses a mysterious phenomenon dubbed "Omni-dimensional Non-directional Attack via Distribution of Light." Her beams of light can seemingly drill through absolutely anything, regardless of the object, transparency or resilience: It can even shoot straight through Negacion and similar dimensional techniques.
The source of the power lies in using the light that spirits give off: The light that is generated from a person's spiritual pressure and techniques born from spiritual energy; basically, the 'light' that allows one to see the 'spiritual'. However, the amount of this light present is completely irrelevant to the power of "The Light".
This power takes that light and forcefully redistributes it. Kotone simply takes two reishi particles and draws a line through them. This causes the attack to appear like her signature beams of light. However, instead of spawning from a ball of reishi, the very air itself will emit ripples perpendicular to the firing angle, like when a drop of water hits a larger pool. The beam will then seemingly generate from the epicentre of the ripples.
This power also bypasses nearly all defences: "The Light" cannot be refracted or reflected, as the light does not come from any direction (the power generates a line the length of the distance between point A and point B at a desired thickness. It does not create a projectile that travels from point A to point B). As it is impossible to alter the initial movement of light (abilities which absorb light will have the light make the pierce first then become absorbed), nothing can escape the phenomenon that "Light has been distributed" and therefore "A hole is made". In essence, this power allows her to completely displace matter by forming a line of light where the matter once was.
However, this power is not omnipotent. It has three flaws:
1. Clearly, if the light required to use it can not exist, then it does not work. However, the dimension must specifically refuse the existence of light; If light is not present, but can exist (e.g lighting a torch in an empty void), "The Light" can be used.
2. "The Light" loses out to regeneration and quantum-based abilities. "The Light" massively increases the entropy of the material standing in it's path to the point that it is easier to say that it is vaporized. However, the reishi or kishi that makes up whatever once occupied the hole simply "had their bonds completely broken and moved away". Therefore, abilities with remote activation that can function with an out-of-place particle will still work.
3. Obviously, the attack itself moves at light speed. Kotone's brain, however, does not. Her power can simply be stopped by interrupting her before the power can be activated.
Quincy: Vollständig
Name: 神の怒り [Za'afiel | Wrath of God]
Appearance: Kotone gains a massive outfit change, her colour scheme now a mixture of white, red and black along with seemingly metallic winged armour pieces. Unlike other Vollständig appearances, Kotone's looks completely solid. She truly appears like an angel of wrath.
Lichtfluss Lezt Stil - Zwillingskanoneform [Flowing Light Last Style - Twin Cannon Form]: Kotone's Vollständig changes the form of Lichtfluss itself to increase the synergy between Kotone's "The Light" and her Quincy spiritual weapon (as it originally only worked with her Bildschirmform's Heilig Pfeil). It now takes the form of two white cannons. "The Light" is always active during Vollständig.
Yes, given twenty minutes she can wipe out the entirety of Manhattan.

- It does not work against a power which can replicate structural information or work through a similarly small scale, and
- The time required for Kotone to process and activate the power.

Her moveset is now slightly different in appearance. She gains the following skills and abilities when under the effect of Vollständig:
- SKILL - MULTI-LOCK: See Bildschirmform's Multi-Lock skill.
- SKILL - SNIPER SENSE: It's range is increased to 10km, a crazy range.
- Heilig Pfeil (Holy Arrow): The tip of her cannon releases ripples in the air in the split second that she processes the angle, thickness and desired length of the beam (see "The Light" ability). A beam of light is then generated at the desired thickness, vaporizing all in it's path. Kotone may only fire one at a time, but she gains the advantage of having a larger beam. It's maximum range is 200 meters.
- Licht Regen (Light Rain): Released from her wings, Kotone uses Multi-Lock to designate her desired targets, then generates a mass amount of uniform light beams using "The Light" to pierce targets. It's maximum range is 100 meters.
- 無限条の光 Unendliche Schwall (Unending Flood/Infinite Article of Light): With Kotone's reishi manipulation dramatically boosted by Vollständig, Kotone can easily fire a beam equivalent to the maximum power a being of great spiritual power can handle (This takes a single second and has a range of 200 meters). It does not usually use "The Light", as the aim is to overwhelm the target with a rush of reishi. With it active, she can prepare in 10 minutes a shot with the same power that is delivered up to 10 kilometers at maximum. Of course, using "The Light", and 20 minutes, she can shoot a powerful beam with the properties of "The Light", over a range of 30 kilometers. However, this technique shares the same weakness: It can be easily interrupted, causing gathered reishi to disperse (usually towards the opponent, but it will not be lethal or harmful to someone of equal spiritual power).
