It’s not like she asked him to come help her, she actually wondered how did he know that she is looking for a new place right now and how the hell did he manage to find her. For a moment she thought she succeeded in convincing the big bad bully to get rid of his cigar, but she failed that task and disappointment could be seen on her face. Maybe if she makes the distance between the two of them larger, then the horrible smoke won’t get to her anymore and she would be free to get fresh air in her lungs and not the polluted type that Vaaen was giving her. She wanted to say to him so many things and not even one of those was a nice one, but she didn’t do it as she feared what would happen afterwards. Getting the quinta angry was not such a good idea if you still wanted to be alive.
