COMBAT RECORD

SPIRITUAL PRESSURE HIGH| Though only an Adjuchas in strength, Baaltazar is uncommonly gifted with an abundant amount of reiatsu. Merely an Adjuchas Hollow, his hunger is a constant struggle in his life, though he is only one step away from completing his evolution, after which regression would no longer concern him.

PERCEPTION EXPERT| Baaltazar is very observant, tedious in his perceptive skills in order to better protect his master's library. The library itself is under his constant surveillance, given this charge by Niccolo as part of his fraccion.

SPIRITUAL CONTROL PRACTITIONER| Baaltazar shows little ability to manipulate his reiatsu outside of predetermined skills. Instead he relies more on his chains than anything, which are simple enough to wield and conjure without requiring a massive amount of reiatsu control.

AGILITY EXPERT| Although he is less graceful and clumsy inside confined areas, in the open Baaltazar is at his strongest. He has adapted Sonido for his own use, though his speeds and capabilities are outdone by his Arrancar superiors. Torrquemanda's speed is more than enough to contest with others on a level playing field.

CHAIN-SCYTHE PERFECTED| The chains seem almost to move as if extensions of his body more than a slinging weapon. They can make any movements Baaltazar desires and have a near infinite length, though the longer it gets the more precarious utilizing its entire length becomes a hinderance. The lantern itself can be used to smack opponents with. Although it doesn't strike too hard, it has unique properties that make it less than desirable to be struck by.

HAND-TO-HAND PRACTITIONER| Along with his chains, his hands and legs are perfect tools for fighting as well. He can opt to wrap his body protectively in the chains when striking, also serving to boost offensive qualities of his strikes in tandem with the inherent defensive traits gained.

ITEMS | ODDS AND ENDS

WARDEN'S KEYS | Various keys of import have been entrusted with Baaltazar, necessary for maintaining the expansive library placed under his care. There are many other rooms to which has has been given access to, but none too exclusive or private that would require Niccolo to place much trust in Baaltazar.

FRECUENCI DE NOVENA ESPADA | Baaltazar can roar with a frequency that can resound throughout the majority of the Novena Espada's territories at large. It is eerie and disorienting to listen as the tones reach such a low barotone bass that Niccolo Vespucci can hear. It is even possible for it to be heard across the dimensions through Garganta.

MISC. POWERS |

DE APRECIDO SIN CABEZA | HEADLESS REVENANT Baaltazar's head is actually a shrunken head, explaining the chain-link dreadlocks of his head. It is suspended in air above his body without so much as a neck. The forces suspending it cannot be tampered with, but if the head is ever damaged the body would die with it. However his body needn't truly live, as it is more or less a puppet for him to control. His hollow hole is a cavity that extends down into his body where his neck used to be. Essentially the shrunken head controls the rest of the body through a necromantic technique akin in theory to the Quincy Hirenkyaku.

CADENAS DE LA FATALIDAD | CHAINS OF DOOM The chain-scythe can be flung at opponent's Soul Sleep/Hollow Hole/Chain of Fate in order to catch them. The chain phases into flesh when desired and binds with the target's Chain of Fate, or reconnects to the Hollow Hole via a reconstructed Chain of Fate engineered through the use of Baaltazar's unique chains. When he initiates a tug of war like this, he and the target are forced to resist one another. This technique is meant to prevent escape, snagging onto targets abruptly before they can disappear through Garganta/Senkaimon/etc. The chains also have several other important properties.

ALMA DESOLLAMIENTO | SOUL FLAYING The chains and scythe inflict great pain. Especially when forced to merge with a target's Chain of Fate, which will pain their soul ruthlessly. Agony would ripple through them as the chain ensnared them, and resistance would be hindered though not implausible. The chains themselves would sting an opponent's skin wherever it touched them, and if the lantern's fires touch them, it would be unbearably painful. The chains are merely amplified in how much pain they cause, and tug on a soul's innermost fears to fuel the suffering even more.

MAL CONOCIDO POR LA LUNA | ILL MET BY MOONLIGHT The light of Baaltazar's lantern is capable of revealing anything obscured to him through most conventional means, such as bending light and turning incorporeal. The light acts as a sensory organ in this sense, revealing Baaltazar to what might delude him otherwise.

ESFUERZO DE TORSIÓN | TORQUE Baaltazar can rein in his chains quickly to generate large amounts of torque in order to pull an opponent caught by the chains to be pulled back quickly and easily. It would take a large amount of physical strength to counteract this motion, to which Baaltazar can merely add his own to surmount the resisting forces.

CERO | Baaltazar uses Cero very basely, prefering speed over strength. It is possible for him to use his techniques through his lantern as a catalyst, whipping it towards an opponent before unleashing some unapparent stratagem upon its collision with a target. The chains are naturally conductive of his reiatsu and briskly channels his power along its length.

DESCORRER | Hollow and Arrancar alike use this ability to travel between dimensions, naturally gifted with the ability to breach into the dimensions interconnecting all of the known worlds. Baaltazar is capable enough of using this technique and can just as easily open up Garganta to allied Menos Grande, which are trained to use Negacion if he should need to escape.
