First year, first day-- I stood before the mass of men and women of the Rokubantai. My watchful eyes scanning them all, reading their facial expressions which might’ve given me some leeway to figure out what a few of them might be thinking. Regardless, I didn’t care if they had a doubt in their mind that Taichō Koshitsu had placed me in the wrong Tai, and then it was time for them all to speak up now or forever hold their peace. Not a single one of them had dared to oppose Koshitsu’s will, though to be fair to them, neither would have I. Despite being a child, I was able to see through everyone’s disguises especially that of a man like my Taichō. I didn’t want them to think I was some sort of pushover, I didn’t mind giving them a little “taste” of the power I held within me.
Ever since I was young, I was gifted with a powerful presence and even more powerful strength, and I shared it with them. The reiatsu emitted from me in a violent manner, spreading out to all those within a close proximity of me, making them feel as if their joints within their body was about to snap due to the sheer weight upon them. The floor beneath would have felt like it was consuming them, as they would all begin to kneel down before me-- it was a wonderful sight to see, I liked seeing people kneel down before me. It reminded me of the many times I was about to claim someone’s life, and to cling to it, they would beg and grovel for their pathetic lives. It was pointless. I felt like I could have wiped out all of the commoners of the Rokubantai today, but I was stopped the moment I felt the reiatsu of the Taichō’s, who was signaling me to stop in turn.
I couldn’t help but enter a state of shock and awe-- his Spiritual Power had far outclassed my own, snuffing me out practically instantaneously. I wondered what kind of training he had gone through to make him so strong. As everyone began to rise back up to their feet, amazed at my own Spiritual Power, I would start my introduction into the Rokubantai. “Oi! My name is Kosshitetsu En’ei! Taichō Koshitsu has taken me into the Rokubantai as an Unseated member. It will truly be a pleasure of mine to get to know all of you and to grow with you. And I hope that you feel the same way, if not today, then one day!” I shouted as loud as I could so the entire Rokubantai could hear me, and I had spoken as proudly as I could to the Tai, for I had believed that I could also become as powerful as Koshitsu and run a Tai of my own one day.
