PERFECTED SWORDSMANSHIP: Ezelrik possesses a skill with his zanpaktou that bests most fighters that exist in this day. Wielding a greatsword, he swings it as if it were air in his hands, and is flexible and disciplined enough with its body that it can be treated as the most balanced and technical of blades. Ezel's technique is only further exemplified by the blades properties, and while he can use any sword to a great potential, its his very own that can be taken to another level in terms of damage output. If the arrancar can be known for one thing by the other Espada, its his strength with a blade - being revered for how much he has trained the skill, and how devastating he can be when possessing such a weapon. Each swing has the strength to cleave canyons when willed upon, and his movements are not wasted in his performance. Even as bulky as the weapon may seem, in his hands, his swordplay is a deadly dance that few can match in pace. 

HAND-TO-HAND PRACTITIONER: Although Ezelrik shows dominance with a weapon, and prefers its comfort, he is no one to be second guessed without one. Being centuries old, and having years of training, and years of experience, he has developed hand-to-hand techniques to fair well without the use of a weapon. While he lacks the discipline of a formal type of martial arts, he makes up for that in ferocity, and strength, able to deliver blows that can topple buildings with ease. He is known to employ primarily his fists in combat, though it makes it easier to sneak in powerful kicks, and there is no loss of power in the exchange.

EXPERT AGILITY: In comparison to most arrancar, Ezel is rather slow, though fast enough to best lower level beings. What he lacks in raw speed, he seems to do better with reflexes, and his agility can be seen at its peak whilst in combat. The reaction and quickness of his attacks reach a higher level, though when it comes to actually moving on his feet, he is often left behind. It is all due to preference of combat, being heavily strength and durability driven - making him unable to match the speed of most Espada. 

MASTERFUL SPIRITUAL CONTROL: Being a holder of such power for so many years, Ezel has trained himself to control what he possesses at an acute level. He does not possess the traits and skills to use an exact amount of necessary spiritual power, yet he bears great strength with its attacks, and can treat water like wine in terms of the potential of his own spiritual power. In addition to the level of strength conversion he can apply to his power, Ezel has a full understanding of how much energy he has at all times, and is trained enough to manage it incredibly well.

• BASTION: Ezel has shown preference against a heavy reliance on abilities such as cero or balla, and instead has developed an advanced version of spiritual augmentation to fight. With his immense spiritual reserves, and the control he has over it, the arrancar is able to case his body in an invisible layer of reiatsu that will quickly provide heavier concentration to areas that look to be the target of an action. With this, he is able to create a dense shield on points of impact, and is the very basis of the extreme durability he possesses. In addition, he uses the same augmentation to greatly enhance his attacks, and with it, he can perform features that surprise the majority of the universe's inhabitants. It is this skill that defines him among the others, and advances him to such a high level.

MASTERFUL PERCEPTION: And while he lacks in the speed necessary to match most movements, his eyes can nearly see all, following the movements of his opponents. Beyond this, he has a heavy reliance to understanding the own movements within his own aura, and like a sonar effect, picks up the movements of foes within in domain due to reiatsu bouncing off of their physical being. With this in effect, he can sense all angles around him with near-perfect clarity, and can respond with ease and swiftness. Ezelrik also has a keen sense of spiritual evaluation, and can gauge opponents with relative ease, as well as pick out most that are suppressing their powers.

IMMENSE SPIRITUAL POWER: Ezelrik had possessed such levels of spiritual power before ripping his mask of, being a vasto lorde, and commanding most with his potential and prowess. His levels exceed the mast majority of beings that exist, and he can be counted among the universe's most powerful individuals. Ezel's reiryoku has imposing elements to it reflecting his faith in the divine. A translucent white aura transcends him, and those under its oppression feel the subjugation, and authority. It retains the qualities of the lord he so blindly follows, and under its influence, many feel the pressure to kneel, to lower themselves, to succumb to the weight of unworthiness. "For we are not equal, and mere pawns of our Holy Master," and while Ezel flourishes beyond by being his sword, Ezelrik's power does well to instill a sense of subordination to those that take its heat.
