UNNAMED ABILITY
this is a special ability of sorts that jinpachi developed two centuries ago. due to his amazing spirit control, he has fashioned a way to exert his spirit power to nullify the effect of the reiatsu of others (as done in his aforementioned ability); but, he can also use this control he as to in essence, absorb the spirit energies of others. doing this allows him to void most abilities used against him, if they're within his 15 meter range. any and all reiatsu that is absorb is from that point on added to his spirit energy pool, which, in essence, would allow him to possess a tremendous amount of power. although, due to his spirit control, no one would ever expect such. when this ability is used, his eyes glimmer with a red hue.
KIDŌ TYPE: DEFENSE - #00 - NO INCANTATION

a unique classification of kidō created by jinpachi, which was more refine upon joining the gotei 13.

Expert level is far away from what you're trying to do. I would consider turning someone's strength against them a masterful skill, if not perfected, considering the degree you're arguing. There's just a point where no matter the control you possess, pure, brute force in the form of spiritual pressure causes you to feel as though you're suffocating.

The way I'm reading it, it's just an attempt to meta-game the forum canon in order to bypass the meter of power which is more or less spiritual power. You can try to rework it in order to give it more character, but unless someone overrules me on this, the original draw of this technique is denied.

Also, think of balancing this technique. EVERYTHING in 15ft, which is basically EVERYONE you'll ever fight up close, not counting ranged Quincy.

Clearly you cannot read, or you're biased in some way or shape.

I'll humor you anyways.

Expert is more than enough to exhibit various forms of control over one's spirit power. And that by I mean the energy itself. I already have an approved ability for the spirit pressure...which makes your whole argument here moot.

Clearly you cannot read or something- and if that is the case, this should help you. You should learn what Metagaming is, also. Clearly, clearly, you don't know your terms. This should help you with that.

Continuing on, this ability allows the character to absorb the energy that is composed within stuff like kidō. Like, if you shoot a bullet composed of reiryoku, he can absorb it. That is more than plausible. I think there was even someone who did it in the anime or manga with a Shikai, I can't recall exactly. That only further proves that this is possible.

And seeing it was stated that this was conditioned and honed over 200 years- TWO CENTURIES- I think with him being an expert in this category, your ruling seems a bit biased.
