Tenshinchigi

[/b]Zennoutoku" (Lit. Almighty Shield) is a technique that is ready to be used at any time. The body is constantly surrounded by the particles of energy that comprise Tenshinchigi in its sealed state. The spiritual energy is able to be controlled at any given moment by Rouen. Rouen is able to manifest a shield instantly at any time, with just a mere thought. The shield is strong enough to resist and nullify reiatsu attacks from individuals with GREAT and lower spiritual pressure. However, attacks from higher entities shall shatter the shield, although giving Rouen enough time to react. It also has the ability to block against physical attacks, unless the destructive power is too much for the shield to withstand. However, the shield is not automatic. Rouen needs to be aware that he is being attacked, and as long as he has a microsecond to will his shield to appear, the attack will be deflected.

"Tenbatsu" (Lit. Divine Punishment) is a technique that requires the user to maintain contact with the enemy that he intends to use the ability on. Engulfing his two hands that are garbed in the gloves with the spiritual energy from his zanpakutou, Rouen attempts to lock his grip on his opponent. The moment he creates contact with any part of their body with his two hands, the energy draws the reiatsu from their body and literally destroys it. The energy around Rouen's hands forces the reiatsu towards itself and zaps it away with it's overwhelming power. In no way does the technique absorb the reiatsu, it destroys it and renders it useless to both parties. Those of HIGH and lower spiritual pressure only take an entire post of full contact for their reiatsu to be halved, and two posts for it to be almost entirely destroyed. However, GREAT and higher take four posts for their reiatsu to be almost entirely zapped away.

"Fukakouryoku" (Lit. Irresistible Force) is a technique mostly for defensive purposes. It is a rather simple technique, consisting of Rouen focusing his energy outward. The "liquid" free-moving state of Tenshinchigi is constantly flowing closely to Rouen's body, like a thin coat ready to act whenever he wills it. This technique is used when Rouen isn't necessarily caught off guard; just in the case he's in a tough spot and can't seem to find a way out. By willing it, the energy that flows around his body rapidly comes together and expands outward in the amount of time it takes the brain to send a message to a muscle in the human body. The force is enough to move a tank, and easily force a Shinigami/Arrancar/Quincy back and away a few dozen meters.

"Meian" (Lit. Light and Darkness) is a technique that requires the user to draw energy to the tip of the index finger. However, the energy being gathered is invisible to the eye. The particles of energy collect to create an invisible ball, akin to that of a ping pong ball floating in front of the index finger. With a simple thought, the ball explodes furiously forward towards it's target. The beam only moves in a linear motion, easily able to pierce through human skin and armor or techniques that are weak enough to succumb to GREAT spiritual power. Upon impact, the beam explodes outward 25 meters ripping apart whatever it previously impaled. [/ul]

Bankai Name: Zennousha (Lit. The Omnipotent One)

Bankai Appearance: Upon uttering “Bankai”, an explosion of power expands outward engulfing the area around him reaching up to 100m. Waves of energy are sent forward, drowning the area out and causing the surrounding environment to turn murky gray in color. The energy that previously surrounded Rouen is now visible, seemingly turning his skin color blue because of the thin coat of energy shielding his body. However, the only significant change is that some of the particles of energy now solidified into two, twin dragon heads a few meters long now sitting upon his back. These dragon heads are strong enough to bite through steel, and easily devour reiatsu techniques of GREAT and lower, however are able to take some damage from anything higher than great before dismantling back to the free flowing particles of energy that they are comprised of.

Techniques:

[/b]Ametsuchi” (Lit. Heaven and Earth) is the main technique for Rouen’s bankai. Upon activating the famous ability, the world around him becomes a murky gray, expanding its range to 100m. The particles of energy are now scattered throughout the area, suppressing the reiatsu of anyone within his range. Rouen has the ability to either concentrate on specific individuals at a time, or simply affect everyone within his range. Those of captaincy rank and above feel their power significantly diminished, that is because anyone within the world has their reiatsu constantly being eaten at by the cannibalistic energy that resonates from Rouen’s person. Within one post, the job is done and anyone trapped within the world have had their reiatsu halved (besides himself). However, most seated shinigami can barely move in this world, depending on how powerful their spiritual pressure is. This is why Rouen was ordered by the previous Captain Commander to never use it, unless his life was truly in danger. Unfortunately the energy seems to have a mind of its own, so after the initial zapping of reiatsu the energy stops drawing out the rest of the enemy’s reiatsu and becomes lazy.

”Kami No Mae Ni Hizamazuku” (Lit. Kneel before God) is a technique that Rouen has grown quite fond of. He utilizes the energy that is scattered around his “world” and concentrates it around his target. It takes a few seconds for the energy to “wrap” itself around the target before he can truly “order” the trapped target to do whatever he pleases. Well, more like force to do whatever he pleases. Once the energy “wraps” itself around the target, whatever Rouen decides to do the energy will force his opponent to do so. Once caught, it’s highly unlikely they can break free from the technique unless given some outside help or an immense level of power disrupts the flow of energy. However, the downside is that while the energy is “wrapping” itself around the target, the enemy has to be still. The particles of energy are invisible to the naked eye, and truly require a “sixth sense” to be able to see them. He is able to also target specific body parts, and or other inanimate objects.
