Seichuuou

The Seichuuou is the capital of the Seireitei. It is a city roughly the size of New York City on Earth. It is here that the thirteen captains come to meet monthly for their meetings. Additionally, it is a hub trade between the thirteen divisions, and a place where a soul can get to any of the thirteen territories. It is located in the center of the Seireitei.
