APPEARANCE: Fair ocean blue eyes, sun kissed golden hair that falls to her shoulders and skin as pale as silk. Its safe to say that Haruna is quite attractive with her fare features. She stands at five ft four, with slender long legs. Haruna posses a petite build that accentuates her small size. She wears the traditional shinigami uniform, accompanying it with a finely sown, fleece white scarf wrapped around her neck. Her zanpakuto is worn on her right hip, fitted between her obi.

PERSONALITY:  Docile, reserved, kind, she boasts all the faucets of a demure woman raised among aristocrats and nobles. Haruna is of high birth, born into the noble Tsukinode family. Though they are not one of the major houses they have a huge reputation regarding the politics and rule of sereitei. Because of this, Haruna has been raised to honor her family name and in so she is very proud of it. She is a very sincere woman who in her spare times likes to knit, paint, read and cook. She's been taught all the basics of being a exceptional lady and is very capable. Haruna can be very sweet, often disregarding her own feelings in place of another. She doesn't like to argue and is a very quiet individual who mostly keeps to herself. She is bad at holding her alcohol and has a fear of insects. 

History: Haruna has never died. That is to say she was born and raised in soul society among nobles and ladies alike. She has never known the troubles of being hungry, cold or without. She has lived a very privileged life. Since birth she was brought up with the intention of her marrying into a more renown family. In so she was properly groomed to be a lady of character and desire. At a young age she was considered a beauty and because of her talents she was highly recommended to attend the Shinso Academy. Her parents were highly adverse to this and so they kept her from it, but a man from the Ryuugamine, projected to take Haruna's hand in marriage disliked the idea of having her lead such a sheltered life.

It was his influence that allowed her to leave her family large manor and attend. It was hard on her, and it took her a long time to adjust to the lifestyle she was now living. She was expected to not only not disgrace her family name by failing, but also to maintain her image as a woman of high birth. She did well in her studies, often having a difficult time with the more hands on activities. It wasn't long before she graduated and was appointed into Kariya's squad. She completed many missions under his protective vigil without incident until one day she almost met her end. A mission to exterminate a group of hollow who had be preying upon campers in a secluded area went wrong. They had been surrounded with much of her squad dead and injured.

The intel they received was wrong and in so it cost them gravely. Kariya, learning of this rushed to their aid, but it was almost too late. Multiple hollow stood over her, ready to kill her, but he saved her. It was then that the Tsukinode house was extremely relieved and were grateful for his diligence in protecting their daughter. The arranged marriage was finalize soon after and they became married. Though it was arranged Haruna carries great feelings for Kariya and would do anything to make him happy. Currently she lives with him, adjusting to their new found lifestyle.
