If not for the severity of the situation Kosuke would have definitely cracked a sinful smile at the Kenpachi, but such a move would only worsen his predicament. In her mind she was a glacier, bigger and stronger than all the ice cubes that floated in her ocean. There was no need to fear the blind monster.

Like a bolt of lightning, Kazuya jolted into place just between the Ryuugamine and towering Seiryuu, though Kariya stood close enough to defend his clan-mate if need be. Sheer energy erupted from the royal, the very air around the entirety of the hill turning on the mass of soldiers. In seconds there were few standing tall against the onslaught of force. Kosuke would watch as the other lieutenant's would drop, but through his fierce will he'd stand tall.

Gravity still managed to tug upon the Ryuugamine's body, the brilliant display of power ending with the Seiryuu's humiliation and a command for the traitor to keep still. He'd been given his orders - Kosuke could do nothing but sit idly by and wait for instruction.

Kariya stood in the midst of an unfolding wreathe of chaos. It wa somewhat embarassing, to reveal that the overall state of captaincy was disarray, incapability to comprehend orders or authroity, when the very training that they had been given, and the reason they were promoted to such distinctions of positions. They bickered over what to do, instead of what is already stated in motion. After it all finished, there remained Kazuya, Kosuke, Toppa and her mother, and all remaining participants on the scene. Kariya decided to address the growing anger inside of the third seat.

"Tengen-sanseki." The movement of the blade moved so fast that there would have been no way to prevent it. Using nothing but the tip of his blade to generate a vacuum, Kariya's blade sliced into Toppa, cleanly removing her right ear from her head from a distance of ten feet away. There was no audible sound that could be attributed the the blade draw, no sudden glint of steel, the movement was beyond human cognition.

While it may seem to have been a harsh punishment, wounds were healable. "That was for insubordination. If you lay a hand on Kosuke without consent, you will lose your life." And just as he finished those words, Kariya stared towards Irie, the mother of this atrociously misbehaved child. "If you do not discipline your daughter, others will do it for you." And with no glance backwards, Kariya disappeared from the field of view from all participants in the field.

^{It seemed as though strife would never cease within Seireitei. Sano watched as, rather than concern, the shinigami present only showed contempt. Their very lives were placed in danger only moments prior and somehow they could focus on internal conflict. It was a bit disheartening, though it was not unreasonable.

The execution itself was held to remove one traitor, and now they were presented with a potential accomplice. Of all the people wrought by the news, it was certain that Ryuugamine Kariya was dealt the hardest blow. Tensions raised even further and, as the others began leaving, Sano found himself deep in thought. The same man who had attacked the Maggot's Den was certainly the culprit behind the Sōkyoku's destruction, but why? These random acts of vandalism had to serve some purpose.

The better question, however, may have been "Why is he so powerful?" The fact that he could get away with a casual attempt on the lives of so many left a bitter taste in Sano, and he decided to take his own leave. However, rather than return to his post, he decided that returning to his roots would be ideal. He needed to become stronger.

Such animosity was really unbefitting of the work place. It made things so very awkward. Was it not his job, as well as his unit's, to help refortify their bonds? A crushing reiatsu certainly put many in their places. Yebisu even fell over under such a titanic pressure. It made him think after everything was said and done, while many were making snarky comments before taking their leave.

What if he had to face such a frightening power? Obviously, he could be crushed beneath it. There would be no more enjoying juices and smoothies after slashed into a hundred-thousand pieces by a power great enough to swallow the realm itself whole.

Yebisu would just have to get stronger, then. He decided right then. Many had already left and he was told to do the same, so... "If I can leave here without using my legs, I've become stronger." His gaze bore sightlessly towards the sky. An air of sincerity like none other settle overtop him.

His stature sank as his legs bent. To move without his legs. He would...

...let his rump move him instead.

It started to move. Up, down, the shaking intensified. His rump was vibrating with such intensity, his position started to shift. His hoppin', bumpin' rear possessed just the right amount of umph to essentially drag him along.

"I'm doing it," he said to himself as he continued to move rearward and away from the site.

Things were just getting worse by the minute, and the young female didn't like the thought of that one bit. Still, there was nothing she could do to stop the events occurring before her eyes. Various Captains moving to destroy the announced traitor, said traitor pleading his own case that itself falling onto deaf ears. The starting of arguments and drawing of blades only left Kyo with a sour taste in her mouth. Could no one ever learn to act properly and befitting their status. One did out of the lot act properly from the lot, a new Captain, that of the Sanbantai from what she could gather by casting a glance at the male's haori.

Matters quickly changed, the male from the Royal Guard - Kazuya if she had heard correctly. Stepping forward to stop this potential onslaught from happening. That same male then releasing his Spiritual Pressure, feeling as if a mountain was being put upon her shoulders. The sheer energy around enough to topple all those around her to the ground, but with a quick release of her own power to steady her, alongside sheer determination. Kyoko remained standing Even if further away than the rest, that pressure could most certainly be felt for miles.

As that same pressure slowly became nothing, vanishing just like the wind itself. The white haired female allowed her shoulders to relax, built up from the tension of the power weighing upon her a few seconds ago. Although she heard what Kazuya had requested that didn't mean everyone within the Onmitsukido would agree, that didn't include her. She knew this was for the best, and that also meant they needed time to prepare for what was ahead. It would seem that a meeting was in order then. But even before that, Kyoko knew there were things she needed to sort out within her own mind before proceeding. With a quick flash step, the white haired figure would no longer be visible among those still present atop the remains of the hill, it seemed things were changing. Once again the winds of change would blow anew.......

Unrest between the Gotei 13 and the Zero Division would serve no one. However, this was only the beginning.
