Risa can often be seen wearing a long black coat which reaches just past her thighs. Around the collar it has a faux white fur. It features several silver trimmings along the cuffs of the sleeve, as well as around the jacket. Just below the chest area features a silver belt and belt hoops to tie the jacket together. It's buttoned up in reverse, so that the buttons are along the right side and lock into the left side. Along the front side are two wide pockets. Often Risa stores all kinds of stuff on there so that she doesn't have to carry a handbag.

Beneath the jacket, she wears her private school's cardigan, which is light brown colour. It's buttoned from the centre and is sometimes worn unbuttoned. Beneath the cardigan is a white dress shirt with red trimming along the collar, as well as a red bow tie. For the skirt, it features the school's colours of blue, white, red. There always accompanied by black thigh socks and her brown loafers.
PERSONALITY: Risa is best described as a shy on first blush, closet eccentric. This is simply because she's been taught to always keep a quiet and reserved air but the real Risa is an eccentric otaku. Obsessed with everything from the occult to sci-fi, back to graphic novels and more! The strain of keeping her real personality a secret from her family, especially her father; causes it to seep out from time to time in her otherwise polite speech. The worse part is that she can't admit to even herself that she's a closet nerd, the thought of being that way, has hindered her ability to participate in the many Fandoms she's obsessed with. Her disposition is usually seen as moody if one were to simply observe her in passing, going straight up to intimidating as she never smiles in public or within the presence of her family. Her smile, thus far; has been reserved to the privacy of her bedroom.
Honesty is Risa's policy which leads to her being a "straight shooter", valuing honourable means. It also makes her very blunt. If she dislikes you, while she might try to spin it in as polite a manner as she can, she'll still ultimately say "I dislike you" with no real consideration or tact. Likewise it's very difficult for Risa to lie, with her best efforts ultimately ending up as equivocations rather than bold faced lies. This is perhaps a reason for why she's seen as shy. Avoidance of a subject is far easier for Risa, rather than attempting to lie.
