Sora's Abilities + Zanpakuto.

SHIKAI; ❝ECLIPSE❞
Kuragarihime is the named of Sora's Zanpakuto. It's name is symbolic to the nature and power of the blade, and literally means "Princess of Darkness" in Japanese. Between it and other Zanpakuto, Kuragarihime takes the form of a regular katana in it's unsealed form. However, when the release call to summon it's Shikai is uttered "Eclipse, Kuragarihime." the katana will shift into it's more natural appearance. In this form the entirety of the zanpakuto is altered, with the blade, hilt and guard shifting into a pure black color - the latter of which baring an appearance that looks like a Buddhist swastika.

What separates Kuragarihime from most Zanpakuto is the fact that it's spirit entity is a female, as evidenced by being called 'Prince of Darkness', making Sora one of few male Shinigami with a female spirit. Kuragarihime in her spirit form resembles that of a temptress and her personality reflects that, especially when she interacts with Sora. At times she is cold, cynical, and has a lust for blood, but she cares deeply for Sora and is more than willing to always lend her power whenever he needs it. However, this only extends to people she deems worthy to be used against; if she believes Sora is capable of taking out an opponent easily without her aid, she'll outright refuse to help.

• 影 ❝KAGESOUJUU❞ Kagesoujuu (lit. Shadow Manipulation) is the first major ability of Kuragarihime and serves as a proverbial tree for the Zanpakuto's shikai, with the other techniques branching off from this principle. Essentially, Kagesoujuu feeds off of Sora's spiritual power, allowing him the power to directly create, control, manipulate and expand darkness/shadows within 15 meters. By principle, this ability gives him direct control of his own shadow, letting him use it in ways that seem to almost defy all logic. The main purpose behind this ability is to use it to entrap people. By effectively extending out his shadow or manipulating shadows around an opponent, Sora can use it to lock them in place by attaching his own shadow to his opponent's. What makes this particularly deadly is the fact that it can be used in a variety of different ways, such as Sora simply standing upon another's person's shadow to trap them, or mixing his own shadow extension into an already existing shadow from a distance. Control over the shadows are done mentally, but can be accentuated via using his hands as a guide.

• 滅竜 ❝YAMIENCHOU❞ Yamienchou (lit. Darkness Extension) is a technique that feeds off the principles of Kagesoujuu and enhances Sora's control over darkness and shadows. Through this and his now higher degree of control, Sora can make his shadow and all of it's extension's solid, allowing it to interact with others, including his opponent. For instance, his shadow can effectively be used to physically restrain a person by breaking up into many various shadow threads, as opposed to simply immobilizing them through their shadow. Because these extensions are physical entities, they could also be used in a variety of ways themselves, such as fielding weapons for offensive purposes, or coming together to form a large shield (5 meters in height and width - fueled by his spiritual energy and control) to protect Sora from harm. Above everything, it's main power comes from its ability to form into different sizes and shapes, as well as its potent strength.

• 魔法 ❝KURAGARI GARANDOU❞ Kuragari Garandou (lit. Darkness Void) is a technique devised by Sora and is the bread and butter of Kuragari's power. Utilizing his already outstanding control over darkness and shadows, with this technique Sora can take this understand to a far, far deeper meaning, granting him the ability to quite literally merge with shadows or darkness. Not only that, but once inside this 'void' of sorts, Sora is free to use it to transport himself to the other shadow-based constructs, essentially allowing him to travel between dimensions. What makes this ability particularly useful is the fact that it has offensive  and defensive properties, depending on how it is used. Defensively, it can be used to avoid attacks by letting Sora fade into his own shadow and reappear in another location (Though not instantaneous); offensively, it can be used for a variety of sneak attacks, making Sora a lethal threat for counter-attacks. It has it's limits, however, mainly with the fact  there's slight delay from when Sora exits the shadows.

BANKAI; ❝KURAGARI NO TENKOU❞
Kuragari no Tenkou. (lit. Queen's Darkness) is the name of the final form of Kuragarihime. Once the command to activate it uttered, Sora extends his arm out to his side, holding his Zanpakuto out vertically. From there a vortex of reiatsu is released immediately, the entirety of which is laced with black ripples, completely enshrouding Sora's body - while at the same time pushing back anyone that's close. During this process Kuragarihime is dropped, blurring the line between shinigami and blade by having the shadow's of both completely merge, making them one. From this point Kuragari exists as an extension of his limb, and his body thereafter becomes composed of darkness. It lingers over him like a veil, allowing him free-form control of the darkness he extends outwards of his body.

• シャド ❝ZENPYOU KURAGARI❞ Zenpyou Kuragari (lit. Harbringer of Darkness) is the first ability of Kuragari's advanced state. Through this his zanpakuto reforms in his grasp whilst the cloud of darkness that surrounds him is manipulated and pushed out of his body. It then reforms directly in front of him in the shape of a colossal figure, composed entirely of nothing but darkness, but still maintaining a daunting (35 meter tall) physical figure. Despite's its height and size, the purpose of Zenpyou Kuragari is more defensive than offensive. Due to it's makeup of darkness, it serves as the perfect shield; any physical or elemental attacks that phase through it's body simply cease to exist, seemingly being swallowed by a void. However, for this effect to take place they have to go through his body; therefore any attacks that can go around it are still capable of being used. Offensively, the titan is capable of movement and retains an almost athletic build, allowing it to be faster than most similar bankai-created titans, but at the downside of being inferior in strength. Lastly, because of the darkness and shadows that is composed of, Sora can use it as extension of his shadow manipulation techniques, or even move inside it (At the sacrifice of its nullifying ability).

• イブ ❝SHADO DORAIBU❞ Shadō Doraibu (lit. Shadow Drive) is the technique Sora prefers more than anything, and it is one that is accomplished by taking Kurarari no Tenkou to the next level. By utilizing his pristine control over the darkness, attaining the perfect balance and then becoming one with it, Sora can transform the physiology of his body completely, allowing him to reach a level where is hes completely intangible - unable to be touched by any physical means. With this Sora is able to fade into the shadows at a blinding rate, as well de-materialize to efficiently avoid attacks and throw surprise attacks of his own. Because of his composition, the shadows can be used in a variety of ways, allowing for high level of adaptability. Essentially, it can be released for free form manipulation (Up to 7 meters from him) or formlulated to be molded back into the form of his zanpakuto or other weapons, depending on his will. Because the power's of his bankai and spiritual pressure are condensed completely into his body, his speed and strength receive incredible boosts, allowing him to move as if constantly using shunpo. The major downside to this is that he has to reform and become tangible to land any sort of attacks, as well as the fact that it has a cool-down period (1 post) after 4 turns of being used.
