Quincy Equipment
Quincy Cross: The basis for all Quincy powers and the starting point for each of them. Can come in various different forms and sizes, but can be distinguished by someone who knows what they are looking for. Typically on a chain, can be wrapped around the Quincy's wrist or any method. Phoebe's is rather ornate with five large arrow like protrusions sticking out, and five smaller spikes sticking out and inward as well. The cross is used as a gathering point of reishi to create a weapon. For most Quincy it takes the form of a bow that fires reishi arrows, though the form can change to anything upon the users discretion. Hers take the form of throwing knives and her whole cross is named Terra Clamare.
Gintō: Also known as Silver Tubes, these are small silver capsules filled with Quincy Reiryoku condensed into liquid. Upon releasing the liquid the user can call out an incantation, or simply the name of the technique, and the resulting spell is formed. Phoebe carries around seven of them at one time, within her trench coat.
- Heizen - "Feel the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice." Upon using this technique in correspondence to four tossed Gintō tubes, a larger rectangle of energy that purges and devours anything in its path.
- Gritz - "A silver rod strikes the five-fingered stone bed." Upon using this technique and throwing one Gintō tube close to an enemy a large man sized pentagonal cross will surround the enemy and encase them in a prison of sorts. Easily broken out of with reiatsu and reishi, just not physical attacks.
Seele Schneider: The Seele Schneider is a chainsaw-like bladed weapon for the Quincy to use. Though useful as a blade, the Seele Schneider also weaken the reishi bonds of whatever it cuts and then absorbs it. In truth the Seele Schneider is more so an arrow than a sword, though it is versatile. When using it on a weaker opponent it turns their reishi into the Quincy's. Phoebe carries around a single Seele Schneider with her, in her left boot.
- Sprenger - The user places five Seele Schneider in a pentagonal formation and trick their opponent into standing in the middle. Once they do the reishi will bind them into black as the pentagon glows. A single drop on the end of the Seele Schneider will spark an enormous explosion of condensed reishi that consumes the opponent and sears them mercilessly. The time and effort it takes in setting up the Sprenger makes it virtually useless in a one-on-one battle, usually requiring a partner to distract the enemy.
- Gert Sprenger - This technique is a small scale version of Sprenger, and revolves around almost the same principles. Using a single Seele Schneider the user must cut the enemy at least three times, in order to open up the reishi flow more clearly. From there they must simply fire, or toss, much like a javelin, the Seele Schneider at the enemy. It will stop mid-air in front of them and form a square barrier around them. This barrier is highly condensed reishi and with a single Gintō tube thrown at it, the barrier implodes.
