In stark contrast to the thick smoke that billowed from the finely crafted, expensive, cigar that Vaaen held in his mouth, Nico possessed a far less impressive item between his fingers. His tongue moved like a snake’s own, dextrously cleaving valleys into the cold dairy that rested upon a cone in a ball. Nico had grown quite fond of ice cream, this one in particular being of the strawberry flavour. Growing impatient of licking the scoop of fruity pleasure, Nico chomped down on it twice, devouring the entire thing in a single gulp. His hands moved to his pocket to imitate the wrathful Espada’s own actions, pulling a cigarette to his lips and lighting it as he tried to maintain his composure and hide the signs of the chill in his cranium brought on by a severe case of brain freeze. Nico wasn’t one for moderation.A thin trail of smoke escaped the newly appointed Espada’s lips, the Aspect of Impulse living up to his name by giving the realm of humans an impromptu visit. However, this time he wasn’t here for something as mundane as new literature or ancient trinkets. No, this time he was here to rustle jimmies and eat ice cream, and he had just finished his ice cream.
He looked down upon the ants that scurried upon the earth below, his own crimson pupils perfectly analysing their entire appearance down to the specks of dirt upon their clothing. His Reiatsu was entirely concealed, much like his fellow Italian stallion, the two standing in the sky in an unusual show of stealth. His eyes were drawn specifically to the dark-skinned woman who was clad in incredibly tight-fitting attire. He’d have her.
As soon as he finished speaking, hundreds of red orbs surrounded the two Espada, glassy orbs of crimson Reiatsu floating in the sky for a brief moment. With a smirk, all of them disappeared from sight, moving faster than the eye could see as they smashed into the landscape, utterly ruining everything that existed beneath the two monsters. Nico’s projectiles would explode like fragmentation grenades upon striking the earth, sending glassy shards of debris firing in all directions and ripping everything and everyone they touched to shreds. The kinetic force behind the orbs would utterly decimate the environment, craters forming upon the surface of the earth as buildings collapsed and dust flooded the skies. The Espada had come.
TEKTITE: Tektite is a variation of the Hollow technique Bala, solidifying the surface of the orb rather than leaving it as a sphere of pure destructive energy. This supplements the concussive force of the impact with a fragmentation effect, exploding like a grenade upon contact with a surface, dispersing the solid shell outwards as additional projectiles. The fragments of the shell are capable of deep lacerations, causing large open wounds, remaining imbedded within the victim’s flesh until removed.

“Let’s make this place look more like Lan-Shi’s kingdom, not enough ruins for my tastes.”
