"Hajike, Dokuga"
[スナップ、毒の牙; Snap, Poison Fang]
[RESTED FORM]
Dokuga's sealed form consists of a single wakizashi blade. The blade is of the normal steel coloration, however it has been known that no matter the damage taken; the blade seems to retain it's shine. The tsuba (guard) on the blade itself is simple circle with intricate markings, that span outward from the top of the handle. The handle itself mainly black with diamond silver patterns up both sides, the hilt also a pure black which seems to not reflect any light whatsoever. The sheathe is also a pitch black in color, from the very top of the guard downwards (where sheathe meets guard), there are three silver lines that go around the entire sheathe. Three more exist after that, around 3 inches apart from one another for each of them. Kyoko used to wear her zanpakuto on her back hip, however, after gaining Bankai her zanpakuto now always rests attached to her left hip for easy access from her right hand. Now also thanks to gaining Bankai, once drawing the weapon, the sheath disappears, or rather appears to melt away like acid and into thin air, only reappearing again moments before Kyoko sheathes Dokuga.
[ZANPAKUTŌ SPIRIT & HABITAT]
Regardless of all Zanpakuto's used and seen before, and after him, it is not merely just a weapon to be used. Residing deep within the blade itself is the very thing she calls onto for power when needed- the part of her soul that's irreplaceable no matter what- the male spirit; Dokuga. After gaining Bankai, the appearance of Dokuga has changed a fair amount, no longer the child he once was. Now standing at an imposing six feet four inches he easily towers over most other beings, be they spirit or Shinigami. However, despite this change most of his features remain the same, but loosing the appearance of a boy and now more of a grown man. Possessing rare silver colored hair, that seems to have a lavender tint when reflected from sunlight. Kept in a short style, coming down to cover his ears and half way down his neck. Bangs coming downwards from his face in three separate parts, two near his eyes and the other touching near his nose. The most noticeable trait about this young spirit however, are his eyes or a lack of seeing any eye color at all. Always within a slitted appears, when first seen Kyo had thought that he was blind; but that is far from the case. It isn't known why he chooses to do this, but so far Dokuga has never been seen with said slitted eyes open; thus it remains a mystery. Clothing wise, Dokuga still wears the traditional Shihakushō, on top of this now however is a plain haori, very similar to that of a Gotei Captain, and like before the sealed form of this blade still remains on his left hip, just like his mistress. When not needing to fight, the male spirit can be found in various human world clothing, saying that he prefers it to his own, this is normally a sign that he doesn't want to do much and as Kyoko's calls it 'being overly lazy', which annoys her to no end.
The other side of Dokuga or Shin has not changed as a result of Bankai, still taking the non-humanoid form of a large nine foot snake, with scales of the purest white, reflecting in sunlight in which they then turn a brilliant silver. However, like before, Dokuga rarely if ever changes into this natural form of his, due to liking his other more human looking form much better than this one. Due to the nature of Kyoko's Bankai, when said release is in use. As well as recently as well, she has taken to calling her Spirit by a name other than his own. Working in a way so that Dokuga would appear to others to seem like a normal Shinigami and not a spirit at all. Kyo now refers to him as simply 'Shin' meaning faithful, which he doesn't seem to mind so it seems.
Much like previously, Dokuga or Shin still pushes Kyoko to her limits, always making sure she is at the top of her game with whatever she wishes to do, and that he is able to aid her with whatever she wishes. Do not be fooled by Dokuga's determination to help his partner achieve her own goals, most of the time this young man is very laid back, to the point of being overly lazy. His manner that of a grown man yet still holding some characteristics of a young boy, however, don't take this as him allowing just anyone to come near him. Those worthy of seeing either of his forms are so far only his partner Kyoko, as like his master, he isn't one to trust easily at all. Despite all this, he keeps a close eye on Kyoko and her well being, only wanting what is best for her. From this over time the pair work very well together, regardless of petty arguments every so often. After gaining Bankai this bond has only increased to the point were neither need to speak to know what the other wants to happen, and in battle this is reflective by almost instinctive thinking and tactics to make sure they get the job done.
The world in which Dokuga dwells is a strange one. It exists within three separate areas, all of which are interlinked to one another. The first area is that of a large dojo, surrounded by four walls that protect such a place. Along with this, this large compound also holds living areas enough for four people to use freely, with various rooms coming off the main dojo. Despite not needing to actually 'live' like a normal person or shinigami, Kyoko has found that Doku does in fact live in such a manner. Saying that he gets to bored just sitting around all day, so she has come to expect to find the young spirit here most of the time. The second area lies just outside that immediate area of the dojo, mostly to the south and south west. This area is that of a large forest, that presents itself for a very good area to train in, as well as explore. The forest itself is normally a lush green, unless Kyo's mood changes it is only then does this area change as a result.
The third and largest area interlinked is that of a large and advanced city, with buildings reaching up into even the clouds themselves, it is here that Kyoko seems to find Dokuga the most. The city filled withe everything you would expect, shops, restaurants, parks, and a large bay that stretches to a river that seems never-ending. Regardless of this, Kyo seems to see this place as the best place to trait her Synesthesia ability, allowing her to try to spot objects through walls and move around quickly in closed off areas. Giving her training in various areas that also seemed to have helped when fighting in the world of the living as well. Days pass like any normal world would, although Dokuga can change this by his own will, when the sun sets. It seems to show off an inspiring sight that is breathtaking to anyone fortunate enough to witness it.
[SHIKAI PRESENTATION]
When released into Shikai, Kyoko's blade does not change it's appearance in the slightest, making it much harder for an opponent to tell if she has even released her weapon or not. Despite no change from the weapon she wields, if one looked closely enough they would see within Shikai, Kyoko gains two small marks on each of her palms no bigger than a centimeter each, looking like that of flames expanding outwards appearing as if they were tattoo's. Both are black and beside this there is no change from gaining Shikai.
[SHIKAI ABILITIES]
SHIKAI SPECIAL ABILITY
From release, Dokuga can be used in one two main ways, depending on what is used be it the blade itself or the strange marks on Kyoko's hands. The first is the ability to be able to extend in a perfectly straight line at tremendous speeds, the blade only seen as a glowing bright white line when this ability is activated, only returning to it's silver steel coloration when back to it's normal length and size. She is able to change the direction of the blade, any time during her attack towards her opponent as long as the blade has not connected with the target yet; mostly doing this mentally but sometimes physically as well. She can also maintain the extended blade and swing the activated Dokuga in wide arcs, attacking multiple targets quickly and simultaneously. Dokuga also returns to it's normal size at the same speed of release, as such many previous opponents have not been able to or have found it very hard to track the blade's movements; even those with excellent perception have trouble doing so. When in Shikai, the blade becomes double-edged and thus highly sharp on both sides, making her a hard opponent to face in close combat. For the mean time the maximum length and speed that Dokuga can extend in Shikai is unknown.
YŪUDOKUKE [有毒気, POISONOUS TOUCH]
The main ability of Dokuga, when disregarding the two main ways Kyoko's zanpakuto can be used. When cuts are made by Dokuga's blade, poison is released into the wound inflicted. The bigger the cut leads to the more poison entering the foe's blood stream. Then, with the command "Pierce" (ピアース), the poison is activated and begins shutting down the nervous system of her target until they finally die as a result of the poisoning. Once the command is spoken, the poison will slowly spread over time, as once every minute the poison spreads further and little by little shuts down the nervous system and senses of the target. After a total of ten posts under this effect, the target will cease to live, however if able to knock out the wielder before then the poison will stop taking effect, but what has already been done (such as the loss of a sense) will need to be treated within a hour or permanent damage may occur to the target. Kyoko can use this technique on up to four people at one time, however doing more than three at once drains her spiritual pressure supply quite quickly. There is no limit to the number of wounds Kyo can leave on a target, as a result this ability is very useful when within a drawn out battle. Despite this poison being deadly, having worked with her Shikai for so long, Kyoko has become immune to her own blade's poison as well as various other types.
KIBASAZAME [牙雨, FANG RAIN]
Activated with the command "Rain" (雨), Kyoko performs Kibasazame by placing Dokuga firmly into the ground below, she can form several blades to stab from the ground, surrounding an opponent as they are cut at all angles. Should an opponent be attacked through the ground with Kibasazame, Kyo can maintain the different blades closely around her adversary, creating a razor-sharp prison; making it very hard for any foe to escape without seriously hurting themselves in the process.
SUTORAIKI, DOKUGA [毒の牙を、ストライキ, STRIKE, POISON FANG]
This is as Kyoko has stated, her strongest ability in Shikai if used correctly. She has stated previously that she can turn the poison from the Yūdokuke ability into a corrosive poison that dissolves molecules in the body as well as break down cells, and destroy skin. Uttering the words, "Strike Dokuga", which then produces an immediate effect. The only limitation of this skill is that the poison produced by Dokuga stays in area of the wound(s) created, and thus is unable to travel to things such as vital organs. Despite not targeting vital organs, if the wounds are only small the poison takes effect around on the wound and outwards to a maximum of five millimeters, therefore the bigger the wound the more damage done. However, the poison once having taken effect does not spread further. With this ability, Kyo has been known to only use this at the very end of a battle; knowing the longer a battle is drawn out the better her chances of causing some major damage.
"Bankai. Hakyoku No Dokuga"
[激変毒の牙; Cataclysmic Poisonous Fang]
[BANKAI PRESENTATION]By extending her right arm fully outwards to the right side of her body, the tip of the blade facing the heavens and muttering the word 'Bankai', after which time Kyoko will turn the blade downwards the tip facing the ground or hell rather. It is then Dokuga's true power is unleashed upon her adversary, when released Kyo's Bankai takes on a sly and malicious aura to anyone nearby feeling as if they have lost all hope and are consumed within despair itself. When in Bankai, the marks on Kyoko's hands disappear, instead replaced by a black choker around her neck, this seemingly cosmetic aspect seems to only be present due to Kyoko's lack of mastery over her Bankai.[BANKAI ABILITIES]BANKAI SPECIAL ABILITY ONEHakyoku no Dokuga's Bankai form only further amplifies it's Shikai abilities, her blade's power, length and speed are vastly amplified. The blade's tremendous cutting power is significantly increased, to the point were even the strongest defenses are known to crumble before the relentless assault of Hakyoku no Dokuga. The main advantage gained and the deadliest aspect of Hakyoku no Dokuga is not within its large destructive potential, extreme length, or wide sweeping range all of which are shown with full force during Bankai, but rather within the speed with which it can extend and contract its blade in one motion. The speed of that having been increased to up to ten times faster than her Shikai's speed and length, however the details of this are unknown much like her Shikai.USOMI [ブレードを欺く, DECEIVING BLADE]Sweeping her arm outwards into an arc like shape while keeping Hakyoku no Dokuga in her dominant hand then actives this technique. Usomi creates numerous clones of her Bankai blade (up to 3), she will then activate the technique, causing all of them to extend at the same rate of speed though, due to the numerous amount of new blades, it is much more destructive. These blades can target one adversary or many and can be placed wherever Kyoko chooses beforehand. As well as this, with this technique the speed of the extension is exceedingly fast, making this technique very hard to evade even for the most well trained and observant of foes. Due to her inexperience with her Bankai, Kyoko so far is only able to create two clones with focus and three if pushed to her limit.
