NAME: Alastar Ullr
ALIAS: The Ragnarok, The Oncoming March, Duke of Arrogance
RACE: Arrancar
AGE: 582
AFFILIATION: Cero Espada, El Renacimiento
DIFFICULTY SETTING: Hard
APPEARANCE: Alastar Ullr is a handsome and imposing looking man. Flawless, pale skin lines his entire body from head to toe, not even a single glance of imperfection anywhere along his body. His body is thick in muscle, well-toned, but not overkill, and is honed down to the very description of athletic. His hair, long and red with silken texture, is wavy and lines his chiseled head near perfectly. His eyes are dark, somewhat sunk into his face, and a dark shade of crimson, which spreads outwards from the core, in which it is at it's darkest a bloodied color. Along his chin is a triangular set of facial hair, making up a well-trimmed goatee.
Outside of that, Alastar's hollow hole is found in the midst of his chest, right where his heart is, and the fragments of his mask make up a psuedo-crown which wraps around the uppermost of his forehead, connecting near the back of his head.
PERSONALITY: Alastar's personality is wholly consumed by the aspect that he took up once he took the title of Zero Espada. Being the death aspect of Arrogance amongst the Espada, Alastar's lull of thought on anyone other then himself is very little. Each brush of a smile, each step, and each movement Alastar makes is with confidence, and the arrogance that he is doing right and anyone else that is akin to him is wrong. A narcissist is about as close as you'll get to the core of his being, in which he is. Perhaps not to the extreme extent that everything is wrong but him, but he is, infact, quite consumed by his own arrogance, and removes the idea of criticism even in the slightest.
Alastar's arrogance has only been pushed further by the actions in which he became the Cero Espada. Albeit being beaten only once by the Godking, Alastar has gone through the act of beating even the Primera Espada, which boosted his arrogance even further then before. Even if he was beaten by the Godking, Alastar had proven his arrogance was not all wrong, and had taken the idea of only being capable of being struck down by the god of Hueco Mundo to nearly a disgusting extent.
HISTORY: Alastar was the imperial executioner. His word was law amongst people below his rank, and his very situation within the court was undeniable. He would take the lives of those who did not obey his strict demand, and only bowed his king to the Emperor, and even then, very slightly. Alastar's arrogance was the last of him, however, when he refused to acknowledge the Emperor's son, and was cut into pieces and fed to the hounds of the imperial crown, as the son had hoped to give them the strength that Alastar had in his life.
From that point on, for however long Alastar had roamed and devoured until he became an Adjuchas, he could not remember. He remembered being cut to bits, and he remembered taking the prince's life under the lull of night, but that was all. His revenge was fulfilled, and his arrogance had been bolstered. He killed, maimed, destroyed, all under the act of his own "godhood"; bringing out the very worst in the concept of pride. His pride degraded into Arrogance, which turned into anger until he attained Adjuchas-hood.
From the point onwards from his singularity after years and years of being a menos, Alastar remembered every thing he did with clear-cut vision, akin to rewatching a show that you had watched only moments ago. Each and every action he took to tear through the ranks of weaker and lesser Adjuchas could be and would be relived for years and years onward. It took him only two decades to attain Vastolordom, and as if a trigger had been flipped, Alastar's reiatsu had become something stronger then anything comprehensible, much larger then most who had just undergone the transformation.
After only a few years of roaming with his huge reiatsu was he found, and found by the now Godking. Who asked of him to join his plight. Yet this idea of going under someone elses banner went against the very core of being arrogant. So, in his arrogance, Alastar made a single request: beat me, and you shall have me. Alastar was beaten into the floor, only able to land a single blow. However, that one blow had earned the interest of the usurper, who relinquished the mask from his face and gave him the single title of "Cero Espada".
From that point on, Alastar would soon become known as "The Oncoming March". This was because of one tactic that the Godking employed in a very dark part of the civil war, in which he tasked Alastar to walk out into the enemy territory and to flex his reiatsu to the very thick that he could. So he did, and from this, the ex-Godking sent out an entire army to match what they thought to be an army. The army, a large portion of the current troops, died under the sheer pressure of Alastar's singular reiatsu, and the rest fled back to base in which they told the ex-Godking that, infact, that was not an army but a single person.
Before the thick of the war ended, Alastar had gone through several trials to prove himself even further to those around him. He had been met by the Primera Espada, who had challenged him. He had beaten him, and earned his respect and many others. By the end of the war, Alastar had an entire length of people who would die under his glory, and his own arrogance in himself. The very fabric of how much arrogance and anger that Alastar could display bolstered the troops underneath him, and his power shook them to the bone, making a very loyal group of people because of the fear and respect they thought of him in.
