VISTA DE DIOSVista de Dios, or the View of God is what land was taken by Alastar upon the end of the war. Except, there was no land to be taken. Thinking it under himself, Alastar did not take to the idea taking a flat piece of land or a mountain to make his port of land, instead he found a large Hollow who had degraded from an Adjuchas into a huge, roughly 460, 672 square mile mindless menos. This menos had been hiding away as a piece of land on the outskirts of a mountain, but Alastar knew better with his perception it was anything but. Thanks to his sovereignty over it, Alastar culled the Menos from the ground and into the sky, to which it brought all the stone with it, which had crystallized around it into thick white quartz and bright purple gems, and made a large floating continent high above all the rest.
The most detailed part of the city is that roughly one third of the population - who had considered themselves 'part of the population' - chose to join Alastar on his flying continent, meaning it was a very large amount of people on a smaller piece of land. Such a large amount of people would've been much better suited for the Primera Espada's slice of land, which was much, much larger then the floating continent, however, thanks to a lot of medical aid and Alastar's sheer power over the Menos, they managed to carve into the semi-circle shaped menos and construct the city in the entirety of it, all the way down into it's very core. Meaning, rather then simply having a flat square of land, they had fourteen of them, as the menos was as high as it was long, giving them the perfect place of living. However, it is still packed, and such the laws are enforced nearly to the extent of insanity, meaning those who break it are tossed from the beast itself and to their deaths below.
The society is highly communistic. Everything below Alastar is equal, excluding the God King himself. Amongst the populace, living on floors 2 - 14 mean no different. Nobody there is treated differently from the ones below, and it is even common to travel between the floors on a daily basis (which is interconnected by a huge, cylinder-shaped spiraling staircase made up of quartz, which is nearly twenty miles in width, and is directly down the center) however if you are on the first floor, which is at the very top and is open to a bit of the wind, you are considered part of Alastar's fraccion. Very few live up here, thanks to the reason that the continent is constantly moving and very few places, which are hidden underneath quartz mountains, are capable living spaces. To become part of Alastar's fraccion, one must make it across the entire continent without being tossed off thanks to the winds, as Alastar's humbling abode is at the very top of the quartz's back of the beast, and is a large fortress which goes out for nearly two hundred square miles in all directions, and holds his fraccion, which is around three hundred at this given moment.
Within the inside of the beast, every floor is absolutely lined in buildings that Arrancar live, trade, and survive in. On each floor there are four incredibly transparent window, which shines light in on the place of land as to not make it entirely black. However, there are red, purple, and white gems which glow to light up what the light cannot get to. Every floor excluding the very top one is perfectly flat, like slabs being put ontop of each other, and are supported by pillars which run inbetween the floors, being roughly 6 miles in length and 6 miles in width, with a large domed base to support the floors above them. There are more the further down you go.
Finally, Vista de Dios is commonplace to be found above the first and second Espada's slabs of land. However, it can move between any number of them, and moves at an incredibly quick pace for a hollowed out beast. When the beast moves at it's quickest that it can manage, either Alastar or one of his strongest Fraccion will emit a warning signal with their reiatsu; which is naturally magnified by the beast itself and sent to every part of the continent, granting everyone time to get into a place where they can hold onto something and not be out in the open before the beast hits mach-speeds.
