MIYAMOTO, RIKA

ALIAS: Kuromiko | RACE: Quincy | AGE: 18

APPEARANCE:

Rika has slender and lanky body, yet agile and athletic. She has a small hourglass figure that is light peach in color. Rika has long flowing black hair that reaches below her back with bangs hanging over her forehead. Normally her hair is accented by her signature red ribbon. She has vibrant strangely colored purple eyes, which depending upon her mood can vary in shade.

Rika can normally be seen in her school uniform, though when outside of school she wears blouses and skirts. Her outfits are usually kind of sophisticated, though not too much of the 'work-place uniform'. She likes to stay in style and her outfits are usually cute but semi-formal. Though she is mostly known for wearing skirts and dresses she does occasionally wear pants, mostly when she is feeling a bit lazy. When on the prowl she wears a white and dark blue-gray shirt with a matching skirt underneath. She tops off the outfit with thigh-high boots with a diamond pattern running down the side.

PERSONALITY:

Rika foremost is a perfectionist; she pretty much excels, or wants to excel in everything she does. She gets perfect grades in school, is the perfect student even though she may seem a bit serious and reserved. In school she is a bit shy and doesn't socialize much, most other students thinking of her as too cool to talk to or too afraid to talk to her. In her goal to excel in everything she kind of forgot about the whole socialize with other people her age thing, so she is lacking in the friend area. She had a few friends in elementary and jr. high but they either moved away or found other friends...or Rika just didn't keep in touch with them. Most think of her as too cool or stuck up to be friends with her because she pretty and rich, though she doesn't usually flaunt her money.

Rika is a little bit more social at home, though she usually keeps herself in her room, reading or doing other things. She has a small relationship with her parents, though they are usually too busy with work and parties to really spend time with her. Though, they do have a weekly dinner but they usually only discuss their issues about work and their social lives. At home she is still rather reserved however. She also has to keep the whole Quincy thing to herself because her father put down his bow long ago when he decided to have a family and stuff.

However, Rika takes her job as a Quincy very seriously and feels like its the part that makes her feel the most alive. She loves being a Quincy. She feels its her job to protect others.Though, she may take it rather too seriously at times.

RANGED WEAPONS - AGILITY - SPIRITUAL CONTROL

QUINCY BOW:

Rika's Quincy bow is a long bow that is dark blue/purple in color with red diamond like shapes on either side of the grip. The string of the bow is made of her reishi and is dark pink in color. Her reishi bows are also dark pink in color. Her Quincy cross is a necklace with a large purple gem on it that is encased in silver with designs on it.

WEAPON USE:

RANGED WEAPONS - EXPERT: Rika is an expert with using ranged weapons, though more specifically her bow. She has been practicing with real life bows since she was young and is the top marksman on the archery team at school. She has good depth perception to never miss her mark. She also knows how to use a gun though not as proficiently.

MELEE WEAPONS - PRACTITIONER: Though not as good with melee weapons, Rika does know how to handle a blade here and there. She mainly focuses on using her bow, since she is a Quincy after all. She knows how to wield small blades and once took a fencing class but decided to focus on her archery.

HAND-TO-HAND: PRACTITIONER - Though not as skilled as with using a weapon, Rika does have the ability to fight using her body, specifically her legs. Though, she can fight a bit with her hands. She once took a class on a variety of hand-to-hand combats though she did not train as hard and mainly focused on her abilities as an archer.

AGILITY: EXPERT- Running had always made Rika feel alive, so it was no wonder that she would be a master of it. She is the fastest person on the track team, no one has yet to beat her time. (Though, she did leave since there was no competition). Her body is also made for swift movements and she could probably be a gymnast. Her movements in battle are swift, precise and yet elegant.

SPIRITUAL CONTROL: EXPERT - Spiritual control is part of being a Quincy, so it would come to know surprise that Rika would be an expert at it. She needs to have control to be able to use her bow and create arrows. Though, she has little to no experience with using Ginto spells.

PERCEPTION: PRACTITIONER - Rika's reaction time is good but still not the greatest, her ability to really react and dodge mostly keys into her agility. She has pretty good knowledge of when someone is about to attack her with a skill and she herself knows when to attack and when not to. She hasn't really seen that many skills, nor fought against someone or a Hollow who didn't just use brute force or another weapon. However, perception ties into her skill to use arrows for you need to know when to fire one so that you don't miss your mark.
