NAME: Kenjirou Okajima
ALIAS: The Librarian (Kidoshu's Head of the Library)
AGE: 200 years old; looks to be 20.
ALLIANCE: Kidoshu; Goteijuusantai

APPEARANCE:
Kenjirou measures at roughly 6'0", with a weight of 190 lbs. His frame is rather tall and sleek, but he is well-toned with lean muscle mass that has seen him through many brawls. It is obvious Kenjirou was built for speed rather than raw strength, as well as being light enough on his feet to prove more than sufficient for sneaking around with the utmost stealth (in terms of noise being made during movement).
His distinctive facial features are somewhat a mystery, revealing extreme contrast in terms of the coloring of his physical features. Harsh glowing eyes of amber leer towards anyone who looks to them, and cerulean hair almost tainted as it gleams almost green or purple in different shades from the adverse rays of light shining upon it. It is long and flows in spikes all the way down his back, sometimes tied to to restrain it from flowing all around. His skin is smooth and youthful, taking a fairly pale tone, portraying perhaps one physical trait identical to his parents.
PERSONALITY:
Kenjirou appears to be a very lively, energetic individual when it comes to how others view him, and how he views life itself. Showing strong traits of honor and loyalty, with practiced discipline that matches those of the highest standards, his respect for others is similar to the respect he wishes to acquire in-return. Kenjirou believes in being courteous, to both family, friends, and even strangers. His enemies are also courteously rewarded with a quick death, to minimize their suffering.
Being a Kidoshu representative, Kenjirou has met many who share his formalities and interests, as most if not all of them were honorable Shinigami; even, and especially Kenjirou. Studying the many aspects of war, commonly referring to them as 'arts', Kenjirou is known to be a humble prospect for Seireitei's future.
Kenjirou's outlook on the world is just an unbiased as it is bias. While he does loathe Hollow, and even Quincy, there is still a case-by-case sense of empathy for the other spiritual beings he has come to know. Kenjirou aspires to be a respectful, and respected Shinigami whose primary goal in life is to preserve the times of peace within Seireitei, as well as the other realms.
As for why he does what he does, Kenjirou is an honor-seeking Shinigami with his family to provide for, and also for those who were good to him, like his friends. This has made him seem blunt, reckless even, but his confidence was backed by facts, truth. So in the end his resolve was concrete, impregnable, unable to be swayed from his goals and aspirations so easily, because it was his life and theirs to provide for and serve.
HISTORY:
Born 200 years ago within the sacred walls of Seireitei to the humble household of the Okajima, endless days and years were spent studying and preparing himself to become a man worthy of being called a Shinigami, to raise his family from the shadow they resided in; unnoticed as a family of power, or any notable Shinigami.
With all of his years of hard work, the fruits of Kenjirou's labor are still modest at best. His Zanpakuto hadn't told him it's name as of yet, only allowing brief interactions during deep meditation or sleep. Regardless, Kenjirou has begun to peak in other skills of combat, which is why he was so early pulled from the Shinigami academy to join the Kidoshu. Before he was ever established as a true Shinigami, which at first disappointed his father, Kenjirou brought something his family didn't see as possible.
Finding that life was much easier when operating behind the scenes, Kenjirou has been permitted to flex his skills as a Kidoshu member, honing his patience and discipline over his years to make way for the youthful Shinigami that he was. Being in the Kidoshu was much more prestigious, and Kenjirou's efforts brought his family much praise and wealth.
As of recently, Kenjirou finds himself focused on the task of contacting his Zanpakuto spirit, along with maintaining his duties as being the Librarian for the Kidoshu. This privilege has given him the liberties to many pieces of educational literature, which has granted him the power of knowledge over many of his foes.
