GREAT SPIRITUAL POWER; Though she is still young, Phoebe has chosen the life of a warrior and has lived by it as closely as she could without revealing her intent. Due to her constant training sessions she has increased her spiritual power to such a high level that she could meet most of her opponents in power, even though she is still a Human. She has trained to hone and also control her power, letting it flare rarely. Her power takes on the color of a light red, almost like roses.
EXPERT PERCEPTION; Due to her extensive studies, she has become a strategist of her own rights. Though she rarely gets combat opportunities, when she does get into battle she can usually implement her strategies almost flawlessly and calculate just what her enemy might do next. She has some work to do in the area, but she's still better than most.
MASTERED SPIRITUAL CONTROL; This was the second area that Phoebe had begun to work on and, thus, is one of her stronger area. Her skill in sensing, hiding, and using her spiritual energy is just simply superb. She can hide her reiatsu even during battle, as well as being able to sense energies from around a mile away. It also explains her large skill with Gintō and the other techniques she created on her own, as well as her ability to maintain her spiritual weapon for a prolonged amount of time.
HAND-TO-HAND PRACTITIONER; This is Phoebe's worst field and one that she very rarely relies on. Because of her skill in the other areas she never felt a real need to truly and deeply learn the art. She relies on long-to-mid range combat when in a battle. And so she developed her skills enough so that she wouldn't die, in theory, and then left it at that.
WEAPONS MASTER; This is singlehandedly Phoebe's greatest area of expertise when it comes to battle. It started with her ability to bring forth her bow and shoot with great accuracy. From there she developed into a sharpshooter of a different kind, with her throwing knives she became just as deadly. Able to use them in close combat, or lethally from a distance she has worked her years off to ensure that no matter what weapon she wields she will do it like no other. This includes the secret Quincy attack item, the Seele Schneider. She has made sure that, should the need arise, she have the Seele Schneider on hand and trained with them to be as deadly as any swordsman.

Manipulating the reishi beneath her feet is a simple thing for her now, improving her to the point where she could create a platform of reishi to support her and two other people. She can keep up with the best in battle and even out of it, simply running.

Quincy Abilities
SPIRITUAL WEAPON NAME: Terra Clamare (大地の叫び, テラ・クラマーレ, Cry of the Earth)
SPIRITUAL WEAPON FORM: Terra Clamare is an unusual spiritual weapon, in the fact that it is actually many spiritual weapons. When Phoebe manipulates the reishi in the atmosphere she transforms it into throwing knives that take the place of her bow & arrow. The knives have slim, metallic, blue handles, with her Quincy cross inscribed into the handle. The blades are a glowing blue, and not that large in length.
CHURCH HYMNS: Like the Shinigami and the Kido, Phoebe has developed other ways, aside from the Gintō, to manipulate reishi. By chanting the incantation and manipulating their reishi they can create these spells of sorts to create an assortment of effects.
Ransōtengai (Heavenly Wild Puppet Suit) - Ransōtengai is a technique that connects reishi strings all over the body that forcibly moves them. Originally made so that elder Quincy could continue fighting no matter how old, but can simply be used when the body is immobile, bones are broken, etc. She can only keep this technique running for a total of five turns before she has to release it.
Tower of Babel - Akin, in principle, to the Sprenger technique utilized via silver tubes, this technique is exclusive to Phoebe. When she aligns five of her throwing knives into a pentagram shape, they will each glow blue. Unlike Sprenger, the victim doesn't need to be inside of the pentagram before it is initiated. The Tower of Babel is a trap technique and unleashes a vicious torrent of condensed reishi the moment someone even enters the airspace of the pentagram.

- Kirchenlied: Sankt Zwinger (Church Hymn: Saint Ward) - "Let my ancestors and sacred warriors protect me and destroy those who oppose me - Kirchenlied: Sankt Zwinger!" By invoking this technique, several roman numerals will fly off from the fingers of the caster and then allow several quincy cross-like constructs to surround them in an area of around twenty feet around. Anyone who steps into the "light of god" will be struck down by several constructs, almost like Gochutekkan, except deadlier.
- Kirchenlied: Zorn Gottes (Church Hymn: Wrath of God) - "Allow His Grace to strike down all in my path with his divine retribution - Kirchenlied: Zorn Gottes!" While invoking this technique the sky will darken immensely leaving only a halo of light over top of the enemy. From their an intense and concentrated burst of reishi will rain down and singe the person caught in it considerably.
