Tozan, Teruo

GREAT/HIGH SPIRITUAL POWER| Once a holder of immense spiritual power, Teruo lost the majority of it when his zanpakutou was devoured and he was dealt what was thought was a crippling blow. When he was healed, his training and meditation allows him to currently match a lieutenant. Once he regains his zanpakutou and bankai, he will considered equal to most captains, standing at great spiritual power. His own aura manifests as a dark mountain that spreads outwards from it. It is extremely heavy, and carries his unyielding feelings.

MASTERFUL ZANJUTSU| Seven hundred years of training has made Teruo a master of the sword. He has learned multiple styles, with a strong favor towards kendo. He is known for disarming victims literally, and then performing summary execution on the victim.

MASTERFUL STAFF COMBATANT| Due to the shape of his shikai and bankai, Teruo was forced to fight with a staff. He is extremely capable with it, able to defeat most other weapons with his staff play. Notably he is extremely swift, and is capable of striking a target dozens of times in the blink of an eye.

EXPERT HAKUDA| Training his body over hundreds of years and constant meditation and martial practice has made Teruo an expert in hand to hand combat. While no master, he has learned many styles, such as jujutsu, karate, and muy thai. His versatility makes him hard to outmaneuver.

EXPERT AGILITY| Though still acrobatic, Teruo is not as fast as he once was. He is capable of keeping up with most captains, even those faster then him, especially due to his reaction speed; however, he isn’t capable of adding in the fanciful steps that most masters can use.

EXPERT PERCEPTION| More than a century of inactivity has dulled Teruo’s combat sense. In his prime, he could borderline predict anything an opponent could do and could understand a technique after seeing it once. Though not as skilled as he once was, he is still not to be underestimated.

MASTERFUL SPIRITUAL CONTROL| Teruo has been meditating ever since his injuries. Due to Kunpuu Izumi’s teachings, he has reached a level of spiritual control bordering on the impossible. Not only is he able to almost completely erase his reiatsu signature, he can use even the most complex techniques with ease, and is capable of perfectly rationalizing out his power.

MASTERFUL KIDOU| With no shikai or bankai for more then a hundred years, Teruo devoted himself to the demonic arts. He is capable of incantless spells, double incantation, and after-incantation.

HADO 90. KUROHITSUGI Black coffin is a ridiculous spell that summons four walls and a roof around a target. It then impales them hundreds of time, as if an iron maiden. The end result is an obliterated target. The black coffin can stretch to fit the size of whatever body is locked inside of it.

BAKUDO 81. DANKU Splitting Void is a spell that stops any other spiritual technique that is weaker than Black Coffin. It manifests as a translucent wall before the caster that expands to match any incoming spell.
