when the light runs from the day
will the darkness be too much?
will the darkness be too much?
The heat might have been a contributing factor as to why Trael passed out earlier on, along with malnutrition from her lack of food intake, but even so, as her vision blurred out, she could've sworn she'd wasn't in the bathroom. She could've sworn that she was in some other place. Some place really cold, with extremely low temperatures, hence the reason her body began and continued to tremble throughout her sleep. She was shivering, which was funny because you'd never expect someone who was potentially skilled in the element of ice to be freezing. Physically, although her body had been beat up by the training, she was fine, but mentally and spiritually, she seemed to be spiralling out of control.
With her eyes closed, it may seem like she's actually sleeping, but her restless form told the entire story. The Fraccion was having one of her rare nightmares again. The very same nightmares that she's been wanting to talk to Kurisu and Carrla about, to see if they had any idea what was going on. They weren't reoccurring, and they only came around once every few weeks since it all started during her time spent as a Vasto Lorde. The confusion clearly hasn't cleared out whatsoever, given how she's as equally confused today as she was during he first time it happened.
This time, however, things were entirely different than the other dreams she's had regarding this same situation. Just as she struggled to regain those memories of her past, Trael realized that she's now struggling to free herself from some apparent binds. She could feel a piece of cloth tied around her eyes, so that explained why she couldn't see a thing. There wasn't anything preventing her from speaking, and she did, yelling over and over for help, but to no avail. Her entire body hurt, there was little to no energy left within her, but she still struggled. She wanted- no, she needed to break free of this. She needed to do whatever it takes to escape from this situation, but little did she know, the more she struggled, the more she moved, cracks began appearing on the ground below the chair she's tied to.
"Help.. m.. me.. somebody.. p-please.." It was normal for people to sleeptalk during nightmares, or even just random dreams, but the tone that came out of Trael's mouth, it didn't sound like her usual self at all. Yes, it would still have that sense of familiarity for those whom have been used to hearing her, but the voice that came out now was much more.. elegant, to say the least. The Fraccion continued struggling in her sleep, squirming around and occasionally kicking her legs in the air.
When will this nightmare end?
