With all the had been said and done at this meeting it was probably good that it finished with urgency. Orders had been given, each having to complete a task set by the Captain-Commander for the benefit of Soul Society. When his name wasn't called to travel to the front-line his face remained impassive, as it wasn't a surprise to him at all, his slight indiscretions likely leaving a sour taste in his leaders mouth. So like the other captains he rose from his set when told, his instructions were clear--gather his division and organize a formation to protect the Seireitei.

Whipping his body sideways he peeled himself from his chair as his feet guided him to the doors. He couldn't help but feel disappointed as he left the meeting, his inexperience had cost him and although it was unlikely that he would have been sent anyway, a part of him waned at the thought of his fellow captains going and their reaction to those who were disciplined. He knew it wasn't a fair reflection of his true character, but fate had a way of masking its biggest intentions behind the smallest of actions. So he left, politely nodding to his Captain-Commander and fellow Taicho as his frame bridged the arc of the doorway.

First on his check-list was to meet with Mei to organize the troops of their division for possible battle.

A certain sense of concern carried from him concerning the locations of the Rukongai district individuals, however, he hoped that Seireitei itself would be relatively guarded. It would simply be a shame for all of his work in the recent decades to have accounted for nothing. Sending for a death butterfly to his vice-captain, Kariya himself headed towards his own home to fetch his wife to safety.

Having fully expected to be sent out the moment in which she'd spoken, he shook his head lightly from side to side, knowing her reason. It was a way of punishment, right? Because he'd been caught sleeping, now he'd have to go out into battle and probably end up dead in a ditch or something. Groan escaping from between lips with a slight irritation, he turned himself on heel, sparing a final glance at Hinaai. If this truly was his final moment in the Sereitei, he had to tell her something, right? Trying to find words as he raised his right hand to the back of his neck, he shrugged lightly, small smile on face. "I'll be back in a little bit, Hina. G'luck here." Saying nothing more on that part, he turned himself away, heading on out. He'd have the limiter removed whenever he got there depending on the strength of the enemy. Aside from such, he was ready.

Yoshiro didn't require permission to go, nor did he expect his permission to withheld for that matter. If anyone would give their all to finding Izumi, it was her husband and Taichou. Nothing would stand between him and her, not even an army. Wasting no time after hearing his directive, he made for the door without a word. His silence broken with by the sounds of his heavy steps hitting the floor. He walked with a purpose... a man on a mission.

He wasn't gonna lie, to himself. He felt a little disrespected by the Sōtaichō's quick passing over of his proposal, especially given that she had sent the same two captains he suggested anyway, plus one more. Still, it was her army to run how she saw fit and he had offered his assistance so he wouldn't back out now. "Understood."

Still, her quick dismissal would be shrugged off but not forgotten, lest he forget he wasn't part of the army she commanded. He nodded at her request after the bulk the captains took there leave, as did he. With men at their posts to allow the captains through the senkaimon, like always. He only needed to make a few preparations before departing himself.

With the significant loss of life and speculated power of those responsible he couldn't risk leaving his men out there with no support. "..."

Exiting the room and rounding a corner, he would begin to relay messages to his officers via tenteikūra. If no one else was going to learn the damn kekkei then he would just have to wait until one of them got their chest blown out by an arrow, then they'd come to him. The Sōtaichō wanted her captains isolated with their respective opponents. Given they had left already he was sure upon his arrival, those sent would have found their dance partners.

It seemed Rouen's request fell to deaf ears, however the good news was that he was getting his arm back. That was quite fortunate, you can't be too good of a Shinigami if your main arm is severed. He nodded his head towards the Captain Commander and proceeded to follow Kawa out of the room and hopefully the hospital.

The only thing this meeting had established was that ignorance came in many shapes and forms, no one truly understanding their actions as a whole. Nonetheless, Sojirō had remained in the meeting listening to the new found information that was provided by others, each individual statement holding little purpose to the sixth division captain. When all was said and done, like those before him— he too would depart. "Very well," was all he stated as he left the scene; leaving to continue his plans.
